Saving it for the next guy I suppose.
That's like not sleeping with your girlfriend to save her for the next guy.

Just over 29k on mine so far since taking delivery in July of 21. Couple roadtrips, otherwise lots and lots of after-work hour+ drives to clear my head!

YES! I have a Macan GTS for a "daily" but regularly use the Spyder for just about everything. Frankly I prefer it for grocery shopping because the frunk does a better job keeping everything packed in. Stuff in the back of the Macan just kinda rolls around and makes a mess by the time I get home!

Never understood this analogy. First, you can have more than one girlfriend, so not sleeping with one simply means you’re sleeping with another, Second, 2nd, 3rd, 4th cars are each bought for a specific purpose and occasion and will be driven in proportion with how often such occasion occurs. Most miles driven are utilitarian, boring, and in traffic. For that you drive a comfy, low effort, utilitarian mule. Abusing a special, high-strung sports car (and yourself) for such purpose just so you can show that ‘you’ve slept with your girlfriend’ is absurd.

Its a joke. See also reductio ad absurdum.

There are definitely some high-mileage male and female exes out there.

If you click the link to the car, then you can view the Carfax Report. Within the Carfax report, there is another link to what I posted. At least the dealership is completely forthright in disclosing the repairs. Porsche Perimeter Atlanta (aka Jim Ellis Porsche) is reputable just like Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta. Both dealers are top notch organizations.

Gross, dude. Sleeping with a woman isn't akin to wear and tear on a vehicle. Grow up.

That's the one I posted the question about the high rev/pre break in/low mileage car being anything to be concerned about. We'll see what happens.

Yellow newer Porsche's never do well at auctions so I foresee a disappointment here due to the spec.

$130 seems like a good number for the buyer and seller on the GT4. And glad someone’s buddy above is picking up the Atlanta car. It’s a great spec, and if I was in a different place in my life, and it was a few grand less, I’d have seriously considered it.

Auction just ended. It ended up going for $130k. So roughly $14k over sticker.

Well, buyer paid $19K above MSRP…so that seems pretty strong data point.

Seller netted $14K.

I don’t see RY holding this one back, perhaps even the opposite.

That yellow one did well actually given an MSRP of $116k.

Strong showing. Low miles obviously a big factor too especially on BaT. Makes me feel not so bad about what I ended up paying. Obviously the fact that these aren't being made any longer helps them retain some value as well.
