You should lock it up with a deposit ASAP, that's a perfect spec and priced well for the miles. Then ask them whatever questions you want after locking it up.

Genuinely looks great. Pumped for you. I'd want a PPI with a DME check just because the 'revved motors' brand gives me the heebies, but I also bought my car from across the country without laynig hands on it myself so... you know. Do what makes ya happy ;p

I don't know about 4RS right now but Wednesday I had a CA dealer agree to take my SRS deposit for there last one they were taking at $75k ADM and they called back and reversed there decision and said they were saving it for a CA resident.
I'm sure the 4RS is still has ADM but maybe with the used listings they are creeping down some??

Beverly Hills? They really try to push CA buyers and only decline if you really pay a big ADM.

Please consider getting a PPI. I was looking at this car too and I noticed tire wear consistent with heavy track use - see the pictures showing the left front tires. I eventually chose to pursue a different route, but was originally planning to have the dealer drive the car to Olsen Motorsports on Monday to get a PPI done.

I'm working on getting one set-up for Monday. I don't mind if it was tracked so long as everything is in good condition, no crazy over-revs on the track, etc.

Try calling Olsen Motorsports. I made an appointment with them to have the dealer bring the car in on Monday, before deciding to pursue another vehicle instead.

I called multiple shops around the Chicago area, and none of them except Olsen have availability for a PPI for this week.

Good luck! It’s a great price if the PPI comes back clean.

Inquiring minds want to know if it works out with that car. Seems to be under the “too good to be true” given it’s priced under MSRP when every other Spyder that doesn’t have an accident/high mileage is ~10% over MSRP.

My 4RS tires look similar but it's never seen a track, just our local canyons

The condition of that car as shown in the photos doesn't look great to me. Just my opinion. Tire goop up the ying yang, drips and white stuff inside the frunk, just doesn't instill confidence in me enough to buy it sight unseen, even if a mechanical PPI is done. YMMV.
