PPS. Menfolk. As discussed with John over a BLT yesterday having womenfolk along for some of SITT really helped in terms of them appreciating they are not alone in their husbands RL, car & track day affliction. Has made life so much easier since when talking about preparing car safely (i.e. mods LOL) for next time out. Was a surprise bonus of the trip and much recommended as Im sure Pete, Steve, Chris & John will attest! Pete, if Kims not sure about NITT tell her that the Royals will be passing through Taupo on their NZ visit this week and we will be travelling part of same roads :-)

Gidday Graeme. Before the end of May Ive been told. Jo can bring the GT3 to Taupo and Ill look to run the two cars in different groups there to get double the track action. God knows I need the practice there. Id imagine Ill leave her in Taupo when we jet down for the Manfield track so will just take the 993. I have a very specific goal in mind for the 993 at Manfield so probably wont run the GT3 there due to logistics and the fact we will have limited slots as its a Playdays event whereas Taupo is our own and we can get more flexibility. Thats my thoughts right now....much will depend on how we decide to organise the events...

nice plan Macca, I am flat out trying to get ready for Targa North Island. hoping motor is finished next week around a new closed deck block to avoid any head gasket problems picked up on last Targa.
If I have a smooth run and no problems I might tag on the end of your NITT at Manfield otherwise might be still prepping for the Targa South Island

Thanks John. Apologies - you posted it a few pages back but I couldnt recall where. There were a few shots like that one I was after. Unfortunately I have a business Facebook account (i.e. not related to my name) and every time I apply to join the PCNZ Facebook page I get no response. Ill try again tonight. If we can get direct contact with Alex would be great as Im pretty sure a few of us would be interested in the full res versions....

Macca - dropped down to see your car - looks primo in white, and your taste is impeccable with silver trim, stitching and red belts. Looks very different to Richard's car upstairs.
I see you are already doing mod's........??

Picked the car up on Saturday and cleaned it (OMG - too many new stone chips to count......)
The Macca Cup managed to make it home in one piece too.

Interesting pics. Looks like you missed seeing it complete by a few days. Front bumper is having some underside scratches (from transporter) taken care of at Haslers. Side mirror also got a small paint blemish from transport. I want it 100% perfect for when I return so have also ordered new lip spoiler and spare front guards liners (which are low and will get damaged).
Once the bumper back on only mods Deans boys have been instructed to do is hard wire for V1, Rear badge delete (with new GT3 badge centred in rear bumper) and Sharkworks centre muffler bypass. They already have all the parts. I also have some passenger side Schroth belts on order. I think it needs a light machine polish and some wax....
