Started the day at Franz Joseph. Stopped for some photo shoots by the beach and the river, then shark and taties in Jackson Bay. Over Haast Pass then the Crown Ranges, into Queenstown.

Yep! We did get around. Particularly where friends resided and schools requested a visit. Always left an impression and lots of noise!!

Hangar legend had one pilot coming in with pine needles in the leading edge. Supposedly buzzing his parents farm.

Incredibly quick and capable. Its just a seriously great all round car. Easy to drive fast, planted, all mod cons as well. Macca will laugh at this with my history with cars.... but she could be a keeper!

I'll accept its not as pretty as a 911 but I really like it. And from the inside looking out, all I've seen for the last couple of days is 911's.

Teretonga tomorrow - then we'll see what 7/10ths really looks like!

Do you ever come past Drury during the working week? Chris's FVD Brombacher kitted 996T also lurks in these parts but is away terrorising the South Island just now.
Not out that way for work, but I'll look to schedule a meeting at a random location nearby and take a drive

Awesome.Great to watch as the group bands together and expands. This has been an inspiration and reminds me how great the SI roads are. I've barely touched them and when I have it's been as a teenager/passenger is terrible old snowboard focused wagons. Will be up for the next run, may have to do it myself sooner rather than later.
