Perfect for me and it looks like it works for Pete. I just need to make sure my car is back from Pirongia for then. I will talk with Dan and Steve tomorrow.

$450 plus Gst
Driver and co driver need a m grade msnz licence, an easy multi-choice test.
Closed roads behind a fast lead car.
Closest you'll get to a real rally without doing the real thing
Designed to give you a taste/intro to the full multi day targa tours
For prestigio insurance requirements only you need telemetry. You can rent a track-it unit from TargaNZ for $100+Gst which covers that off.
Doug. Do you need to organize the Trackit in advance, or does it just get installed during scrutineering?

Email them to book one in advance and then you're on the list to have it fitted on the day. They need to pre-register each unit with track-it and link it to your car in advance. Then on the day they stick your unit to the windscreen and jobs done. Hand back at end of day. If you have an accident and need the data for insurance purposes, TargaNZ have on-line access to the data that was recorded by your unit.

At that speed you would we be at the back of the pack.......... .
I guess we're going to get a bucket list opportunity to see how good our driving skills are and get hooked or not. My car needs to go on and do the Cape Reinga then SITT runs and plan B of doing those in the Cayenne does nothing for me. So we need to stay between those white lines and not hit anyone else. Can't wait.

Back in Auckland and first job finished - rough rims and Z221s are fitted.

They run true at urban speed limits so hopefully will do the same at the track. One thing is for sure, I won't be scared of running kerbs and ripple strips on Monday.

Great, earlyish Sunday morning = little traffic, which I prefer too.

Doug - better act fast on this one...

GBP $6k cheaper than the last white one. Has the lightweight buckets, Spyder wheels, and..... is in the fastest colour!
