Any Rennlisters from New Zealand?

Three Wheelin'
Macca you are going to have to keep 2 cars primed and ready for action in NZ.... then you will find you aren't driving both enough but won't be able to choose between them, the 991 gt3 is too good to sell and the 993 has so much emotive investment in it so keeping both is it ...

Pete. Very lucky with weather and roads. Food is possibly better than the driving if thats possible. Have put 4kg on already!Joanna has photographed every meal weve had! Luckily we have been staying in all 4 star places on this trip as tehy are 40% reduced in price due to off season. Infact we are paying on average about what our holiday home is making in Vanuatu so not so bad. Any savings we seems to be blowing on dining experiences however.....LOL!
Graeme. Its very possible both cars will remain in the garage!

Yes, 1.22.77 in the first session. However thereafter it was like the last hot day track day with each session getting progressively slower. Fastest times for successive sessions were 1.23.91, 1.24.51, 1.25.41 and 1.26.77.
In the 1.24.51 session I had six consecutive laps within 0.3 of a second and was nailing (at my standard) turns 2 through 9. The interesting part was the AIM overlay showing the main time difference was in the drive up the hill to the main straight. I think the heat is sapping power from the car.

I think Dave was experiencing the same thing as the C2 wasn't pulling away from me in one of the morning sessions. In fact weighed down with Doug in the passenger seat I made ground on him. I have the GoPro video, just need to edit it.
BTW can you share the settings you use? Next time I will place outside the car as my windscreen is too pitted to give a clear image.

Well done. Not sure why your power would be down. How hot can it be there today? 28? Its not a turbo engine so losses due to temp would be no more than 7-8 hp (~3%) I should think. Maybe its tyres and brakes going off over time. How many track days have you had on the Z221s and how are they looking?

Still makes no sense why you would loose 4s average over 3-4 equally spread sessions diminishing from session 1. Remember 100kg may = 1 second so we are talking about alot of time. Basic knowledge of combustion engines and physics suggests you have another issue at 26C and relative humidity 75-85% or whatever it may have been (infact humidity is more important than outright temp for combustion). This size difference makes no sense to me unless tyres/brakes are being impacted or driver fatigue/reservation.
