What's the recomendation on cordless impact wrenches?
I started looking today and the known brands are a good bet but has anyone had experiences with other brands?

Can't remember what brand but have a look at JMacs - he, Doug and I have the same one and good value for money. Still need to crack the nuts first but that's a minor point.

Edit: Rockwell from Super Cheap Auto - $151.

That's the one. It cracks the lug nuts when torqued correctly and gets them close to the torque on tightening. Given the more capable ones quickly climb into $500 plus with battery I think it's good value.

Plus one from me. Last sane age between charges too. I've had mine several years and very happy.

All good,
I went to Placemakers on the way home and the five hundred dollar jobs look good.
The Rockwell's are Certainly better value and realistically only used a few times a year. I'll check it out.

Hi guys, does anyone have an idea what 930 Turbos are selling for at the moment in NZ? I have a bit of a hankering for some 80's action. The 996 is a great time but I am looking for a bit of a project to do at the same time.

Cheers

$75 - $125K depending on the amount of delayed maintenance needed.

Budget about $100K for one that is OK and doesn't need money spending.

Also good luck in finding one - there are a few looking for one on here.

Phone is ringing. If I didn't get the interest was gonna take some better pics but don't think it's needed.

Given the price, colour, spec and what youve spent on making it bullet/future proof - Id be very surprised if it lasts till the weekend and think you should definitely stay within a few grand of your asking price mate...

Yes, 800 views in a day is not too shabby. How are you managing the sales process Pel? Prevetting buyers and and putting them in the passenger seat first? FWIW, I got mine at similar kms 5+ years ago and can highly recommend the ownership experience. And their run should be even better than mine as she's been pinned already. In my case the seller gave a quick 'autocross' demo in an empty subdivision 5 or 10 minutes from his house to wake the car up then passed me the keys. I would've chewed off my left arm after that to have her. Still remember how thrillingly alive and responsive she felt coming back over the harbour bridge as mine.

Someone's going to be very happy with Santa I predict!
