Cheers guys. It's taken a lot of time and money to get it to where it is. It's still not mint by any means but it's as tidy as it will get under my ownership, for me it's a driver. I take it to work 2-3 days a week

It's a c2. The wheels are rh 18s from design911. Sits on h&r sport springs and bilstein hd's with a rennline strut brace.

Next mod is a works bell paddle shifter. Been quite impressed with the tipo. It wasn't what I was looking for originally but for price and availability reasons we ended up getting this tidy tipo

Welcome Nathan - love that 64 and those wheels look sweet. Nice suspension set up as well - great to see you in RSG and make sure you do come out on the 28th - we'll make it work.

Absolutely - between Jake, Sam, JMac and you its seems p-cars and photography go together.

Why John? You planning to take the handbrake off at T1?

Just to avoid any potential confusion, the RSG track afternoon is Tuesday April 28, not March 28. (Right Pete?)

What are you looking for front camber?
Rear I understand can get upto -2.5 stock...

What toe spec are you thinking for track?

wet = C4 weather and plenty of spinning 2wds at turn 3.

Correct - 28 April.

As a paid up former member of the C4 club - I concur with that assessment

Possibly zero toe. I'm hoping you will blaze the trail here

I don't know about 'blaze' but I'll do a bit of trial and error!

Some figures I've come across a few times are:

Front camber -2.75 to -3
Rear camber -2.25 to -2.5

Will be interesting to see where my R currently sits, as Brett did a bit of work on the car so I'd asume he had some alignment theory too, although within oem tolerances.

Will get an alignment soon once I have firmed up on some numbers to target, toe spec is still alluding me...

That's a lot of camber. I think the C4 is set to -2.5 all round. You need a fair amount to keep the contact patch up and to keep edge wear down. I don't think I've worn the tread off a set of track tyres yet, they all go at the shoulder first.

My wife expressed an interest in one of the new V8 Cayenne diesels on Sunday. We got the demo from CCS sent down and I've just been for a spin in it. Very very impressive to say the least.

My wife's current car is a V8 diesel Q7 (2013) and we though that was good, put the cayenne blows the doors off it!!

If anyone is after a performance SUV it would be hard to him past that new cayenne in V8 trim.

Now - let's see if the wife wants to keep it!

Also - is anyone on here putting their hand up for a 991 GT3 RS?? If so what color are you looking at? I've tentatively ordered one in Viper Green (PTS) - just to be a bit different.

From experience it needs a fast telephoto lens to get good images as you can only get so close to the action with the fences etc. If you want to get good still images, do it first thing as cats are easier to herd than drivers.
