Friend has a 2007 Grey TT 6-speed with 20K miles and even though I suggested he puts it on auction sites but he's reluctant to, don't have time to deal with all that? New tires/battery and is in phenomenal shape with consistent paint meter readings on all panels.

 

How much does he wants for his turbo?

 

I was a bit disapointed by the sale price of this '09. Thought it would bring more money considering some other recent sales in the last several months. One of the highest optioned MT 997's I've seen. Perhaps the mods held it back? Well bought IMO.

I agree, I just picked up the other white 997.1 a month ago at 95K. With the mods PCCB etc on this car, and the milage, I thought it would go for much more than it did. It's a beautiful car in really nice shape, cheers to whomever bought it

 

JMO but having just sold my 2011 TTS on BaT, 997 prices are beginning to soften just like the housing and stock market. However, I thought the recent 09 sale was exceptional and may be the benchmark for some time to come.

 

I will definitely agree with you on the prices beginning to soften not just on our cars but across the board. Good thing for me because I'm in the market for an E36 M3 and have been following that closely from the day I sold mine on BaT for a nice price tag. Maybe we're getting to the point now where I can get another one at the same price or less for what I let mine go for.

This car was for sale a while ago, and then it was quickly removed once the other BAT car hit $179K.

From my part of the world so lets see.

 

That white 09 is still a pretty decently high price I think. 17k miles is low-ish but isn't really in the same bracket as a sub-10k mile car. Probably would have been in the $80s a couple years ago so $132k after fees is nothing to scoff at.

 

Awesome that the video shows the rear arms of the lift were touching the body...

 

What was the asking price at the time?

I won the Platinum Silver Canadian .2 turbo manual on PCar with 19k km. Concluded at $119,997 before PCar $5k fee.

 

It was $160k CAN. ($125k US)

I do think it will do better on BAT.

Oof. I've seen UDrive's ad for this car but first I've seen a price. I assume this is a bait price to start a conversation, but they're crazy if they think that's market price. If so, I'll sell mine too!
