Colin I know this car extremely well; I almost bought it last fall. Had ~37k miles back then. looks like it has been enjoyed for the past year. If anyone has any questions on the car, PM me. It needed a lot of work back in 2019 and the last seller was not sure how much of it indeed got done. Amazing that it probably sold for 89-90 last fall and now the new owner is asking 125. Pure insanity.

I actually have pics of this car back from 4/19/2014 when it was at Byers. Sold in the $150s back then.

Edit: They may have had two white with red graphics RS' back then. I think this is the correct one and someone must have removed the stripes. The other one I have pics of had PCCB's with a red cage, possibly.

 

I was there yesterday dropping my GT3 off for a TPMS service and didn't see any other 997s for sale. Two 991.2 GT3s, however.

What I DID see that blew me away (and I should have taken pictures) was a yellow CGT (possibly the only yellow one?), white 996 GT2 and yellow 997 GT2 in the service bay, ready to be picked up.

There are 44 Fayence Yellow (standard yellow) CGT’s in North America (43 in the US and 1 in Canada). There is also 1 Signal Yellow CGT, but that is a PTS car.

 

The Porsche event in Arvada last Thursday had 3 CGTs (2 GT silvers and the yellow one) show up. I've seen the yellow and another black one at Porsche Littleton/Stevinson, both in the service bay. I also remember seeing a Seal Gray on the road a few years back.

It's been a while since I've seen the black one around - I wonder if it's still in town.

 

Kind of wish I went to that. Blue chip told me about it; sounded like a good turn out.
