And probably more. But a driven 4.0 is in that range and that's what I was referring to. Long term whether the car has 700, 7,000, or 70,000 miles it won't matter all that much.

Anyone know this car?

Its an 07 with lots of 997.2 body changes. Which makes me wonder why? Perhaps it had some body damage?

This looks like a nice 997-1 RS, in my favorite color combo, and for $149K it's probably the lowest priced one out there: https://www.pca.org/classified-ad/316206

I've heard some less than ideal stories with the owner there (not inferring anything - just what Ive heard) and they don't use car fax and claim not to know what a DME report is. So I think this is a pass for me....

Hi friends, since this is a for sale thread, I figured I reach out to understand what is realistic price for my 2010 GT3 in speed yellow, 36k miles. It's in excellent condition, never been tracked, has carbon buckets and does not have the wart. New tires and clutch, meticulously maintained. Only a few range 1's from a while back.
I currently have it listed in the classified section. Is my price out of line? I am asking $114,900 for it.
Will post link later (on the cell currently).

This thread is helpful in finding leads, but it would be much more helpful for people like you (seller) and me (interested buyer in the future) to know what prices specific GT3s are actually changing hands for (not asking prices). Right now there is little to no data like this, making it challenging to truly pinpoint the market.
My personal opinion (probably not popular, but I am hopeful) is that the market for a 996/7 non rs gt3 is going to start to fall off from its peak and that we may already be experiencing that. Hard to tell though, asking prices are still at/near their peak. It will be interesting to see how the market fares when GT4s start to hit the used market more abundantly and the 991.2 gt3 comes out.
