Agreed, I didn't touch it first hand...only a live stream w/him to walk through stuff I had questions about. It had PPF on the front half so I didn't worry about paint as much since he said it's never been corrected... just little things like belts expire end of this year etc.

I'll do a solid for those interested... see below, one thing I couldn't find was the DME but i know it had some lvl 3's...buckets are in great shape so we know its worth at least $10k

BAT comments (yea I know) seem to imply a steal. Seems high-ish for a 32k mile car?

There is SOME sanity left in the market, thank goodness. By all accounts the BaT car was incredibly clean, and that matters, but people didn't go completely overboard for a "less desirable" color, "high" miles, and more conservative options. None of that matters to the guy who wants it, but they are still factors that play into determining the market relative to other cars. I think this was a proper number all around.

I was one of the high bidders and if it weren't for my **** garage internet service I'd have placed another bid but it froze. I think it was an okay price. Fair without the 5k to bat had it sold here. It's still a 120k 10 year old gt3 but with 997.1 ask prices these days it seemed like a better deal for the money. My wife is very happy lol. I'm looking for my last car. I need one car for the rest of my life.

Agreed. Seems like black is the least desirable color, or perhaps more accurately stated, the color for which people never seem willing to pay a premium. Doug, would you say that's accurate? I'm just making casual observations here. You probably know the facts.

That does seem to be the case... When I got mine, I was pretty open re: color. For the record, I would never own a black car for a 'reg' vehicle. And frankly even w/ a car I drive as little day-to-day as the GT3, it's still not very easy to keep looking on-point. That said, when you have the everything dialed in and it's just gotten a bath, black can look pretty darn good IMHO.

I saw that car in person. I think the winner got a great deal. Sure it’s a bit higher miles but honestly not by that much compare to some of the 25-27k miles example I’ve seen came across recently. The car was very well maintained and looks amazing in person. So congratulations to the winner.

mine is the white one behind it
