i have a 2010 aqua blue gt3 with similar miles, zero over revs, pipes pinned, sharkwerks center, ...
today i wouldn't sell it for less than 120k since i would only sell it to move up to a RS. maybe a very nice GT4...
i doubt someone will pay me that for it now, so my plan is to just drive it for another 5 - 10yrs and not worry about what it's worth to other people.

Hi friends, since this is a for sale thread, I figured I reach out to understand what is realistic price for my 2010 GT3 in speed yellow, 36k miles. It's in excellent condition, never been tracked, has carbon buckets and does not have the wart. New tires and clutch, meticulously maintained. Only a few range 1's from a while back.
I currently have it listed in the classified section. Is my price out of line? I am asking $114,900 for it.
Will post link later (on the cell currently).

I was in the market for a yellow or red gt3. I saw your ad at 120k. If you had listed it for 105 to 110k i would have bought it.
I have since bought a 997.1 gt3 that was not priced stratospherically like many here are.
997.1 gt3 low mileage garage queen that sell are 90 to 95k.
997.2 gt3 low mileage garage queen that sell are 110 to 115k.
Weird colors, high mileage >15k, track mods, accidents, etc all depress prices from there.
Asking prices are very different from sold prices.
There are a lot of ambitious sellers out there trying to squeeze the gt3 market before the 991.2 gt3 arrives
Here is a comparison of another high mileage 997.2 gt3

As a regular observer of the market, your asking price does not seem unrealistic, compared to other asking prices for somewhat similar cars. Have you had any interest? I assume yellow is probably a tad harder to sell, love/hate color. Great spec/options. Miles are probably a tad high for a collector to swoop in, perfect for someone looking to actually use it.
This thread is helpful in finding leads, but it would be much more helpful for people like you (seller) and me (interested buyer in the future) to know what prices specific GT3s are actually changing hands for (not asking prices). Right now there is little to no data like this, making it challenging to truly pinpoint the market.
My personal opinion (probably not popular, but I am hopeful) is that the market for a 996/7 non rs gt3 is going to start to fall off from its peak and that we may already be experiencing that. Hard to tell though, asking prices are still at/near their peak. It will be interesting to see how the market fares when GT4s start to hit the used market more abundantly and the 991.2 gt3 comes out.

A local dealer here has been trying to move a mint 10k miles certified GT3 for 4 months now. I wont go into details but they have offered to come down on price by a large margin and a second time but still wasnt enough. There is another one out there in another dealer which is again certified that didnt sell for 3 months, they reduced the price. Car was 130k msrp, selling for 125, now down to 116 or 118 I think. I believe all these 110-120 cars will be going for 100 by december or next year.
And remember that these prices for those two cars include certification. Imagine next year once CPO is no longer a posibility, how the market will move.
Also considering these cars are not selling for 115-120 even being CPO, the guy who is trying to sell a 36k mile one for 114, I think you need to go below 110 easy. Just watch the market.

Googled the VIN and found this:

So my guess around $160-170K range? Looks like a great car if the price is right! Has track mods (cats/exhaust/cage) from the pics. Not sure about suspension mods. If DME is not "cringe-worthy" this would an awesome ride

Great price, too. It is a Canadian car.

both of those aqua blues look quite nice!
i like look of blue/gold much more, but half the miles on the blue/red, plus pccb, leather interior, etc.
will be interesting to see price comparison once Switch posts it up.

Not sure this response is warranted. I simply asked if anyone on the board knew of a GT3 that was listed for sale. Quite often buyers in the market know the history on certain cars and sometimes dealers try and hide certain history on a car.
For the record - I called.
So I ask again: Does anyone know the history on this car?

thanks in advance.

I also previously called.
The dealer seemed willing to disclose all information he had.
Like original owner had a shop in Texas and was using the car as a demo hence the widebody conversion, HRE wheels etc... Carfax shows an accident with previous owner being in PA. Ran over a deer or something and had to tow the car and repaint the front bumper. Traded it in with Udrive. They ran an overrev report and said it was clean. The paint crack on the rear deck lid is probably due to heat. Maybe not an OEM.
For sure I wouldn't buy it sight unseen by just believing what he said. So your next step would be to do a PPI if you are interested. GL
