Right?
It's even got a 5point harness so it was most likely tracked.

With the mods on that car, though, I agree with you that it's fishy.

Well, I find the key to sleeping well at night with a question like this one is not buying the car.

My .1 gt3 had 0 when I bought it and still does.

My .2 rs had full 0s as well and still does.

Interesting.
So it can be done.
I'm impressed, and surprised.

How is that possible though
In 25k miles you would think it would be in range 1 at least once. Just looks fishy.
The DME should also have the total hours so you can look at that too to see if it tracks with the mileage. 800-900 hours would make sense on a 25k mile car but 80 hours on a 25k mile car would be a flag

A lot of 997 gt3 have reports of zero overrevs...i don't think it's that abnormal

11RS 9KMILES 300HRS=486-1, 257-2, 144-3, 15-4 at 283HRS, new engine 17HRS=0

So it is possible

my 2010 997.2 had about 25k miles and zeroes in all ranges when i bought it.
is now worthless with 35k miles, but still zero over revs.

barring a mis-shift, i expect it to remain that way for as long as i own it.
getting up to ~8k rpm gives a big enough grin for me.

Thanks for chiming in guys.
I wouldn't have guessed it would be possible to have zeros at all ranges, but I guess it is.

46K miles on mine with 0 over-revs.

Hit the rev limiter once. Usually over-revs happen with missed shift(like downshift to 2nd instead of 4th, from 5th) or WOT out of gear. Can't imagine it happening otherwise.

My TT has 0 and my 997.2 RS has zero.

If you did not track it, most likely you will not overrev, unless you really dont know how to drive a manual transmission.
