2002 TT.... Got this car in 2008 with 39,200 miles on it and one of the pipes failed at 47,000 miles. On engine removal I've found another pipe loose in his recess. The glue was in powder form! Both pipes were located on the water pump housing....Got all eight welded and no problem since....

Even if you are not in the US, Did you file an incident report with the NHTSB? So far the NHTSB is acting on just 8-10 reports of failures, mine being one of them. The more people who follow up the more likely Porsche will be forced to make a permanent fix.

That is not accurate. As per NTHSA to me at the initiation of the Investigation:
Bob,
An investigation is officially open and now on our public website, wwwsafercar.gov, investigation number PE13009. The opening statement lists 10 reports to us which is a snapshot at the time the official paperwork started through the approval process and then there is a delay of 72 hours before it goes public to allow the manufacturer to get up to speed.
Stephen

So- if you had a repair just file a complaint- I'm sure there are hundreds by now. I'll get an update next week.

This is making at least one person in cognitive dissonance on Porsche having this problem spinning....

I hope NHTSA sees this and says...hmmm....on ramp....no traction....kids in minivan right behind them...hmmm...elevated ramp......distracted parent.....

As best I can tell from the description he hits some coolant in the braking zone on track. He doesn't say if it was from a previous car (I didn't see any obvious line on the track) or if it was from his car (it's somewhat suspicious that a GT3 suffers a violent spin under braking apparently from the loss of traction at the rear....). At any rate, it's a pretty hard hit and I'm glad to see that he is OK.

He says there was a line of coolant on the track, which you can see at approx 0:28 min. Spent 24 hours in hospital.

Yep, I believe you are correct (hard to tell but it looks like a car may be pulled off to the right which had dumped the coolant).

Right side coolant hose decoupled

Also had the pressure fit metal hose barb fail- this failed at SP turn 10. Expensive repair again.

Does anyone know if PCNA has done any remediation for past incidents repaired that happened either during or out of warranty. Two expensive repairs plus a crash do not make me a very happy customer right now.

Thanks
