There are a lot of purchasers out there that demand and will pay for the best.

Sloan cars used to cater to these folks back 20 years and still today, but do not carry as much inventory these day as he got older. They still sell their stuff at very high prices and have little issue moving the good stuff they market and sell.

Both Ryan F and Brett S are professionals and know what they are doing. And both get some great cars. Brett's are usually a bit older and Ryan's usually newer, but that's not hard and fast. Both great guys, too.

I purchased my 993tt S from Sloan Cars back in 2003ish for $175k. Seemed a lot at the time, but look at prices now. Those guys are stand up guys and know there stuff. They are not for the bottom feeders looking to break into the market cheaply. They generally are marketing the best of the best for those demanding perfection, rarity or something special.

i think that one is long gone. It’s been on the Porsche finder for a while but hasn’t been on the dealer’s website.

Did anybody call for price? I'm curious.

On the watch market, this got mentioned in another forum. A Rolex 16520 Daytona stainless steel with Zenith movement has some crazy ask prices...upwards of almost $50k. But click on sold items and it's quite different. They have still gone up and they should given they have the finest movement to grace a Rolex IMHO. Better than the earlier Daytonas to me at least. A nice one is worth $30k. I figured they would be a demand item so I squirreled away six of them back in the early 2000's. Four of them never worn or sized. Still not a good investment as it did not offset the other stuff I lost money on. . Retail back around 2000 was $5800 as I recall, and I paid $7500 to maybe $8500. My point is in watches the ask can be way different than the sell.

No but I did ask, out of curiousity, about the 11 Turbo 6MT with 23k they just listed which made my eyes pop out of my head...

I bought my 08 Turbo from Ryan in December. The car was perfect and I could not pass it up even if it seemed like a slight overpayment. Sometimes when you see the one you just have to make it happen. I'm fairly confident if I was to sell it right now i'd have a 5 figure profit. But she's a keeper and i'll never sell!

I also noticed the seats. Odd that the only nice option according to VIN Analytics on very basic spec car was sport seats, and someone along the way swapped those out for the 14-way comforts with alcantara.

With all of that said, it could be a good deal on a .2 C2S MT Coupe if the price is right.
That auction just finished at $62,000.

Now this is a ridiculous price. Base 2010 C2 Cabriolet with pdk, 43k miles and red interior for $59k.

The two-tone is probably the only way I could take a Sand Beige interior car. Looks nice!

Seems like a really nice 2012 C4S Cab with 6MT, for $53K and 39K miles. Not sure if there’s a story here, seems to good to be true.

I wonder if there’s accident history.
