these guys always have great cars. High end of the market it seem most of the time. But they are plentiful and mostly neat examples.

I guess if you're gonna do damage, front quarter panel/bumper and driver's door is better than rear end. Assume seller would eventually disclose this or Carfax would show the accident.

2010 C4S Coupe, 6MT, Carrara White over Cocoa, 36K miles for $85K. Ticked a lot of unnecessary boxes on the spec sheet, I would’ve taken the PSE instead. To each his own.

Not from what I've seen. They have a white GT3 up there now and there was a bit of controversy about it. I for one would not tend to buy a car at Grandprix, and this example cements that opinion. Often cars like this can end up with nothing on the carfax, and they will not advertise it's been in the wreck even though in this case they MUST. Instead, they simply say "Clean carfax". I would never buy a car from them.
EDIT: Send them the copart auction picture to Grand Prix Motors so they know what they are selling, then call them as a potential buyer and report here. That would be interesting.

anyone vying for a GTS should have a hard look at this. Beats 90% of the dull plastic GTS dash cars out there.

OMG I didn't know it was THAT car. I remember seeing it up for sale before. I'm sure it doesn't need PSE...the exhaust has been changed I suspect. It's got a few cool points about it but why all the Frankenstein changes from one to another?

I think so few are ordered in full leather because most 911 drivers are more into the performance side of things and don’t care.
I would take GTS with X51 and that wonderful suspension on the RWD over a C4S with leather dash with even a thought about it even if GTS was priced much more. C4S great in turbo to put power down fir straight line acceleration, but no so much on NA 997.2.

Already sold. I am actually perfectly cool with non leather dash. I honestly cannot get why anyone makes an issue out if it in a sports car. I don’t think plain dash looks cheap and one has to look pretty closely to see if it is heather or not. The only dead give away to me in the stitching by the radio.

I agree 100% with Doug H. I bought my GTS because it’s the ultimate driving street 911. Not interested in a thin layer of leather stretched over my dashboard, only to crack and stretch in the sunlight. I drive my car every day. Maybe if yours is a garage queen, you’ll like a leather covered dash.
I've driven my 997.2 C2S (105k) almost daily for the last 5 years, and every single time I get in it is a special place to be with the deviated leather dash and interior. It's not garaged and the leather is great shape. It's like not wanting to date someone beautiful because their abs are too nice.
I also have a base 997.2 with a plastic black dash - and sure, it's completely fine. I don't quite love that car. But I have had two completely different people comment on how different (nicer) it is to be in the leather car.
Here's my stance: for all those looking to pay upwards of 100k for a 10 year old 911 and are okay with a plastic dash, our value economics are different. You probably have other cars for other purposes. I for one, enjoy having my cake and eating it too by driving a heavily specced all leather 911 every day as my main car because life's too short to compromise on getting the best of something I want and extracting 100% of utility from it. A 80-90-100k 997.2 with an interior shared with my 35k base carrera feels like a huge compromise.
