I've seen a number of FF's with over 40k miles so not surprising, these modern cars should be a lot more durable long-term. Nice to have warranty just in case though....but at least the two big items (speed sensor and PTU failure) have fixes in the $8-12k range now instead of the $30k+ that Ferrari use to want to replace the entire trans or PTU.
I've read a lot about the PTU failure. Ugly but fingers crossed.

Very nice, if I didn’t have a deposit down on another car I would be getting in touch. GLWYS

Only selling because I am moving to Bali on May 26. No Porsches to speak of Bali, 300% import fees on used cars and can only import used cars having less than 3.0 l engines.

I am looking at a1979 Fully Restored FJ40 Landcruiser in Bali. I have been communicating with the guy. Hope it has not been sold before I get there.

This is totally Whiskey Tango Foxtrot territory. $70k and the seller didn’t even bother to spend the hour and a couple hundred bucks to fix the climate control buttons. . . Insane. . .

If this keeps up I am going to have to sell my 06 C4S Cab that has 43k miles on it. . .

SMH and feeling lucky I bought when I did. . .
seriously considering listing my car depending on how the next few 997 auctions play out.

Eyeing a 997.2 S cab near me - 50k miles for $57k. It’s black (which I’ve sworn off) but I guess I could always do a wrap, or if I get really spicy since I intend to drive the heck out of this thing, do a full repaint. No PSE, but I can always add that. In this market, I’m doubting my ability to buy a close to perfect spec.

Basalt Black is completely different than regular black. You have to see it in person and in the sun to really appreciate it.

Seems the 997.2 base with PDK (for those who don't mind) are the only cars which haven't really moved much in this market.

Here is a 2012, 36k miles, 911 Carrera Coupe Black Edition. PDK w/ Sports Chrono.

go go go. Ive heard of a few 911's from carvana needing 5-8k of work, so ppi still a good idea.

I looked at it today, but had already sold. Needed bushings, brakes (rotors had a huge lip and pads were almost gone), and the typical interior blemishes from use. Other than that it wasn't bad.

Rotors worn that much in under 60k miles? Maybe tracked often? Fair assumption or normal wear for that mileage?
