Im sure there's a more specific thread where I could post this but since the car I'm looking at is a 997, I thought why not?

The car I'm looking at is an 09 911 CS black on black, 6spd, but no sport chrono package. Since these are so hard to find, I'm wondering what people's thoughts are on performance, resale, etc. without this highly coveted option? Should you pass and wait, or just go for it since almost every other option on the car lines up with my desired wishlist?

Thanks!

Was waiting for someone to buy that car, not sure why it took so long to sell. It's a screaming deal

good deal. Good price for a a PDK GTS! Have been saying in another thread that those deals are out there if you’re patient. Enjoy it in good health!

This is definitely the time of year to purchase cabriolets. Cab prices and demand will start bouncing back in late March or early April.

Very excited to make this my first Porsche! Found this on a local trading app for my area (in Germany). A little curious about the sports exhaust because the VIN that the owner provided me doesn’t come up with any optional sports exhaust from the factory.

emailed a local German shop looking to see if they can do a PPI on it and barring any major repairs I will definitely jump on it. Owner gets back into country on Monday so I’ll get more info/pics then.
