Tested out the Jackpoint stands to make sure I can get my car completely raised. Had to modify/remove the handles on my jack though -- didn't measure for compatibility with the Jackpoints before I bought it. Getting ready to do my first oil change this weekend!
Anyone have tips in general on washing away build up on the car underside? Do I need to pull the panels or can I just hose them off? What about general crud buildup under the engine, especially on the exhaust pieces and hoses?

Hose, soapy water, and a brush is all you need. EVERYTHING under there gets wet if you drive in the rain. I know...BLASPHEMY!

Painted my Wheel Nuts with Cerakote 2 part epoxy paint. Paint finish is baked on at 250 degrees for 2 hours.
This paint has very durable finish and will not easily wear off

even when nuts are removed frequently.

THIS! ... you know when you have a nagging feeling that you WANT to do something to your car but you just can't put your finger on it? Thank you sir. I know how I'll be social distancing next week, my lug bolts look pretty rough.

This week I did my first oil change since picking up the car 1 year and 5K miles ago. Got 2 new Pilot Sport 4S's for the front. While the wheels were off I power washed and applied max coat wheel guard to the wheels and calipers.

If that was my car, I would side-step the painted wheel lug bolts and replace what you have with black Titanium instead. Far superior.

You're not wrong. Not sure I want to drop $400 on lugs though until I'm sure my business will survive this gov't mandated closure. But that's probably what I'll end up doing.

Replaced the display in the climate control unit. Original one had "squigglies" that were gradually getting worse. Bought the display from partworks.de for a bit over $90 shipped. Took ~45 minutes from start to finish.

Color in the last photo makes it look more blue than it actually is. Display appears to be the same as the OEM one.

Old display removed:

Took my seats out of the S2000, cleaning them up and thinking of putting them in the Carrera 😎.
