I finally fixed my groaning driver’s seat as I moved it forward and back! I’d been putting the job off due to the overly complex TSB and not wanting to bang things up getting the seat out. But I took a tip from a previous post and just unbolted the seat and then tipped it backwards which afforded enough access. I didn’t even need to disconnect any of the harnesses. Other than that, the TSB instructions were spot on: remove the cap from the end of the “axle” rod that drives the gearing, rotate until little notch is accessible, and pump in some grease with a syringe. The groaning sound comes from the apparatus hanging up as the rod rotates due to insufficient lubrication. Mine had been doing this for at least a couple years, and now seems fine with the extra lube. A side benefit is the opportunity to vacuum up all the crud under/beside the seat that you can otherwise never get to.
My passenger's seat has the "groan" when positioning it fore and aft.

Did the last auto-x of the year yesterday. Had a great time, forgot my GoPro tho, so didn't bother to hook up the traqmate so no data/video. Bummer. Beautiful 75 degree day, came home and racked the car as the next 4 days are under 30 degrees and snow.
Today I'm pulling the malfunctioning Seicane MOST adapter box so I can send it back to them.

I re-routed the frunk emergency latch release cable behind the passenger side marker, so won’t need to remove the wheel and fender liner if I need to get in with a dead battery, electric switch fails, etc.
Most advice I’ve seen recommends to re-route the cable through the tow hook hole, but that seems to require removing the bumper cover, plus I use the tow hook at the track. This just requires removing the headlight. I did need to crimp on another 12” or so of cable to get it to reach.
At least on mine, the latch stays ”open” after using the cable, so you have to stick a screwdriver down there to release the tension and allow the latch to catch properly when the frunk is closed.

That is just plain reckless. It's one thing to go that speed, it's another to look down to take a pic of it while going that speed. You had to take your eyes off the road for 1-2 seconds to get that photo. Completely unsafe and irresponsible IMO.

Good point - not much room for correction at 266.9 feet per second - I was curious how he got cruise to work at that speed...

Three Wheelin'
It’s a frame from a video on a closed track.
i could not believe how easily it got there and it’s bone stock.
cant imagine what a tuned car can do.
