While adjusting the toe yesterday, I got a notification of PSM/ABS failure. No wires were frayed/cut. I then re-adjusted it to the old position and it went away. Freak incident or steering sensor picked it up..?

Get a good code reader. It will show if there's a fault in that wheel speed harness and at which corner. It's a common issue on lowered cars especially as the wiring is pulled taught at full lock. Porsche sells the kit to repair in the harness. My left front has been bad for several months, the connector just disintegrates, or the wiring goes bad in the loom.

Thank you! It turned into more of a job than it should have been. Let me tell you about the surprise bit of helicoil! found inside one of my right front caliper bolt hole(s)!requiring the tapping out new threads! = "someone" took some shortcuts once when I wasn't looking, and that ain't "right"!

I had Eurotire do it and two months later I had to have PowerTech do it again correctly.

At least I now know why the fronts didn't trigger the car's sensor warning as the wear was right where it should have made contact. They had been disconnected earlier ( date unknown ) and since I've done brakes on the car many many times the mystery is now "who crimped the wires!?" and when. Had to be after the last time I had the calipers "rebuilt". The mystery continues...
My dilemma was opposite, for I assumed I had working brake pad sensors!

I did bust out the durametric this morning and looked at the ABS codes. Had a steering sensor code and a brake fluid code (from when i flushed the front lines)
Will keep an eye on it

Yo, vtec. Rock has the RS motor mounts for around $95 shipped. I will source the hardware elsewhere as I am in no rush.
