996 is now the last used 911 on earth under $50K. Forever.

Does anyone have any stats on what the 996s are doing in resale value in Europe or elsewhere?

Six years ago I paid 48 for mine and I overpaid, it was one of the more expensive ones on the market. Because I did not want silver or black there were a lot fewer choices. That under 50 ship sailed quite a while ago, much to my surprise. I thought that values would continue to stagnate for at least another 10 years. Oh boy was I ever wrong.

This C4S with 109k miles just sold for $35,996 on cars and bids... I didn't think it was going to crack $30k.

No sports exhaust but at least it has LN Solution and relatively new clutch. Seats have taken some abuse from someone climbing into the back it looks like.

I think you also have to consider that many companies are starting to shift towards electric. We are are at the beginning of the end of the gasoline engine and I think that is a factor here.

The more collectible 996 becomes the less high mileage will limit prices

just look at 356 or longroofs; nobody cares how many times they’ve rolled over, all that really matters at that point is color and provenance

996 is the first water cooled 911, the last analog 911, and the only LeMans winning 911

Prices will become more and more shocking, for many more years to come

With original garbage MKII IMSB so really this closed at $56K all in. $76K if new owner doesn’t replace that single row IMSB.
