Thank you @yaz996 !

Latest and greatest version of the reservoir mounts, no revisions cause of anything Yaz has done, he has done exactly what I asked him to do and more... Just me breaking things cause me and my setup and relatively abusive.

I think that the singular point of retention on the reservoirs was allowing the reservoir to vibrate at the top and bottom eventually weakening the hardware locations until they cracked. Yaz beefed up those areas in the newest design and we doubled up on the mounts themselves.

This is one of those things that maybe in many circumstances, you'd never see an issue, the mounts seemed to be well strong enough for the job, but in my case, failure has been induced, first quickly and subsequently after a couple hours of track time. Even parts that accomplish relatively simple tasks and in our opinion and experience WILL work NEED to be validated to ENSURE they will function as designed. To me, my belief on if a part will work or not is not worth dick - function can and must be validated, belief is the spark that should ignite the process of validation.

I'm very grateful that Yaz has been so supportive with his brain and time to get here - I'm excited to try to break them.

If that Mega Millions tickets had hit, these would be in titanium.

I'd have so much titanium, carbon and inconel on the car and I'd hire someone away from an F1 team to build the data / wiring setup

Short those resources, these mounts fill a hole in the marketplace at this price point, I think a good opportunity if we get the reliability 100% sorted to hang a bunch of reservoirs

Let's see, redeye gets in to BOS from SFO at 8:30a, google says 1:20 to the track, I could be there by 11am. Just in time for lunch! Tempting.

My wife and I will be at Thompson tomorrow, around 11am, but for the Day Kimball Cancer Charity Cruise ( https://www.daykimball.org/cruisin-for-cancer-care/ ). They will let us do some laps around the track (never been and probably slow ones), then we depart for an hour or so cruise and wind up at Black Dog BBQ for drinks and lunch. For $35 pp (plus any other donation you desire), it's a decent deal and you get to help out a good cause. I'll look for you at the track!

Very cool - gates open for me at 10:45 with the drivers meeting at 11:30, I'll prob be there a little early and see if they let me in to get a little more time to set up my stuff. If you make your way over the bridge, I'll likely be parked on the grass on the left - Feel free to come say hi if you can and if I don't talk to you, enjoy the cruise, great cause.

Those front mounts look great Jason. Did you guys 3D print those to specifically fit the RS Pro canisters? I would like something like that for my canisters but I believe the JRZ Motorsport canisters are a bigger diameter than the RS PRO canisters. Did you install blind nuts on the backside of the front trunk wall? I didn't think that area was accessible as I thought it was double walled. Was that pretty easy to drill through? I thought that was a hardened steel crash structure.

Yes, these are 3D printed specifically for the RS Pro canisters. I asked JRZ for the dimensional drawing for the canister which they were relatively prompt in providing and supplied that to @yaz996 for his design and build.

Yes, the front mounts are installed using M6 rev nuts in the tub, easy install and no problem drilling through. The right angle Milwaukee drill makes it less awkward for my creaky body but no issues.

@powdrhound John, if you or Jason get me the drawing for your canisters, I can set print a set for you within a day or two.

I watched your upgrade description video this morning awesome. Hey pm the details of the turbo lip. Thanks for rocking the black Valvoline trusted shirt. Oldest American made lubricant 1866, invented by dr. John Ellis. Anyway Valvoline will be separating into two different companies, one will be the service company (quick lubes) over 7,000 of them. The other company will be the lubricant producer that will sell to auto part, quick lubes, garages, car dealers etc. I think after the breakup you’ll have a better chance of more sponsorship dollars. Total disclosure I own more Than $100k worth of Valvoline stock, rock on Jason.

@yas996, fantastic. Thank you so much for the offer. Much appreciated! I'll give my guys at JRZ a ping and have them send me the drawings. I'll be in touch in the next couple of days. Cheers!

John..
