Admittedly i have no firsthand knowledge of this product but i read a review that questioned whether you can get the same throttle response with a slightly heavier right foot and save the $. If it tricks the computer into thinking car is WOT when pedal is only for example depressed 50%, (a) pushing pedal past 50% does nothing and (b) in normal day to day driving your pedal might be more sensitive then desired. Might make sense for a track car.

Just my .02.

Pelican says the product has a 30-day return policy, so if it's not really your thing, you can just unplug it and get your $$ back. Their comment/description kind of says what you do, and it's mostly down to user preference as to whether you like it or not. For me, I'd prefer a little less 'mashing' to get the throttle going, but YMMV of course.

Ordered frunk struts from Pelican. Also ordered a Bluetooth speaker for my can since my super-duper Kenwood system (P.O. installed) apparently got shorted out from condensation dripping from my McD’s Diet Coke. The screen tilted out at the bottom, exposing the switches to said condensation.

BT is a stopgap/ghetto-engineering fix recommended by my dog sitter.

More to follow.

Just had a new driver's side window regulator installed in my 2000 C4 Cab which fixed a problem that I was having w/the window not dropping/rising as it's supposed to do in order to avoid it hanging up in the roof channel. The installation triggered the airbag warning light to go on due to a low voltage error code but my mechanic was able to clear the code which has not returned.

i had to replace driver's side window regulator after acquiring 03 c4s last March, now the passenger side is failing. These cars go from almost no use, then a new owner takes it and the the doors get used often after years of sitting. Bang...new window regulators needed. Thankfully they aren't stupid costly.

I suggest you shop around and avoid Pelican Parts! Amozon for a fraction of Pelican will save you over and over in the long run, next RockAuto...

Yeah I understand, My explanation is probably not very clear. The throttle map, is not a step function, but a progressive relationship between pedal stroke and throttle angle. Ideally it would be linear. However, there is a delay when starting from zero stroke, so it is difficult to catch up. Therefore (to me) it feels non-linear (with a significant delay or lag). Stomping the throttle does not reduce the delay/lag, it just increases the jerk that you feel when the throttle comes on. The sprint booster has 2 settings that make it more linear and reduce/almost eliminate the lag.

As a reference, others have said that if you down/up shift carefully and keep the RPMs up, then there really is not a problem. I do agree with this. During sporty or track driving, this may not be as useful. However when accelerating and starting from the 0~3000 rpm range, I really feel a significant improvement when accelerating.

Very interested to hear if someone else has a more clear explanation.

Changed INS bearing just 3 years before and only 18k. Driving to Vegas in traffic and all of a sudden no oil pressure and shut down. So at that point I had to rebuild so I decided to go from 3.6 to 4.0L and got the IMS Solution which is oil feed. So kind of not by choice but yes by choice to do the 4.0L

My driver's side door window came that way w/the 2000 C4 Cab that I bought about 4 months ago. Still waiting for the passenger side to go too.

PS: I also replaced the passenger side sun visor, which was broken. A very easy remove/replace item; just 2 torx bit screws and a small plastic screw cover. Only problem is the $200+ that they charged me for the visor.
