Took my son in law for his first ever ride in a Porsche, and he’s a car guy, albeit domestic. “I now understand”.

Today he gets to drive it!

Cool--another convert. Yep. Until I drove it, I thought the "there is no substitute" was a goofball marketing tag line. One pull up a curved onramp cured me of that misconception.

Saturday, I swapped out the leaking coolant return "pipe" (it's more of a coolant return octopus) to address my coolant drip. Also reinstalled the 200-cell cats and a couple of other minor odds and ends...

As they say on Wheeler Dealers, job done! The leak is gone, and the sounds created by combining an IPD plenum, 200 cell cats, and Fister mufflers is fantastic.

I pulled out of a car wash, scraped the bottom of my front bumper on the ground and cracked it on the up side from the pressure ... ya what I did to my Porsche today was not a positive

Stripe would look better if it continued all the way down the bumper. All the cool race cars do it...

Thanks Dranon. Window decal was from Suncoast. Yes Bill, I struggled with the right balance and looked through hundreds of images. I wanted a little different and somewhere between old-school 911 full stripes and new 991/2 RS tapering stripes. So less GT3 and more GT me. I’ll see how I like it with a little time. My wife will definitely be judging it for me.
