My wait continues. The aerokit took longer to install than they anticipated so they are delivering my T on a flatbed later this week. Here are some updated photos.
You can see the painted seat backs thru the rear glass. 😎
Thank you for the reminder @Vernin. You can click the link to the sheet and update it yourself. In fact, you won me to the punch. I'm reminding everyone to update at the beginning of every month, and today is the day.
For those who have not added themselves to the list, click here.
i didn’t add myself to any other lists, I have no trade in and got hit with a ADM but I did get to order my car and will see it Jan 2024. The other dealers I spoke with wanted a trade in, or people who had bought cars from them before. I called 4 dealers in my state and all said the same thing.
I didn't either - one list for a C2. After waiting a year I called and my dealer offered me one of two unspoken for T allocations that they had that were not at config lock. $10k ADM if I brought my own financing, no ADM if I used theirs. That was the only time I spoke to the other dealers in the area - none would have charged me ADM but they didn't have an allocation for anything...
Took the T allocation - did the math on the ADM and financing and it actually was a better deal to take the dealer's financing because the rates were less than % off what USAA offered me.
I wouldn't have gotten the T otherwise - and I'm happy that I did.

Car looks great @Cartod ! Are you going to extend the stripe over the top of the wing?
I’m going to order the shirts soon. The current vendor assured me the shirts will be 100% pre-shrunk. Someone told me preshrunk cotton shirts can still shrink 5-10% in the dryer. I’m keeping mine as an XL. If u want to play it safe, may want to go one size up as stated before. Below are everyone’s size previously requested. I’m going with them unless I hear differently…..

Sorry I've been MIA. Life interrupts.
I'm at 850 miles so I've been increasing the max RPMs and I finally got over 5k RPM and wow, something inside of me awakened just as a few of you said.
Now, I just have to find more time to drive. I've downloaded the Roads app and it seems pretty cool. Will try one of those paths when I get a chance.
See you all at Bear Mountain.
Had my first track outing with the T this morning at High Plains Raceway east of Denver. Bottom line; this car is incredible. I'm fairly entry-level on the track thus I won't have the expertise as some others here but one of the primary reasons for getting this car was to grow into a more capable driver in the track environment.
Spent 4 hours with instruction and a total of 6 sessions, and I am blown away by how much performance this has. I also feel like I'm only scratching the surface! My build is a PDK with RAS, and I am really impressed with how intuitive and responsive the PDK is when going through the paces; it responds immediately and always seems to be in the right place. I know the manual aficionados might roll their eyes there, but I also need the car to drive around town! I did not feel the RAS was 'intrusive' and I was also very impressed by how well the brakes held up considering the load and the ambient temps in the high 80s.
I'm really looking forward to getting more time on the track to better understand the capabilities of this fantastic machine.

Agreed. Doesn't really matter what drive mode you're in - the PDK seems to respond in the right way. Mash the pedal for a burst of speed - it smoothly drops a gear or two down so the car takes off for you, and even in just normal day to day driving the PDK is so smooth it could be mistaken for a CVT (without the unreliability of a CVT). An MT's fun, but there's something to be said for the PDK's ability to do the right thing the right time.
Woooow everybody that is taking their delivery and enjoying their cars and sharing their stories and pictures is amazing! Grats to each and one of you. Keep them pictures coming please!

Don’t worry there are two of those. One standard that you have now and the other similar one is custom and can be chosen via the menu. So you probably clicked that one. If you cannot find it let me know and I will show you.

Love that! Just gotta get those stickers of. You got some more pictures of the interior? I think you had quite some leather options. Can’t wait to see.
