Yes. I actually like this watch and Porsche will number match the watch to the car, it’s kinda cool.
I think it’s like my Speedster. You must show you’re the owner of the car and once one watch has been made, no others can be. Each is tied to the specific car.

Last I heard they're moving other cars around to accommodate S/Ts to get PTS in July/August. Hopefully the case

correct. Mine was a late May/early June build. I didn’t want PTS so my build was moved to March. I do ED every year, it was more important to have my build date fixed so ED date could be set, PTS causes too many headaches with scheduling.
Just emailed my GM I think I'm going to grab the watch. I'm not a watch guy but this one caught my eye and would actually mean something. Love the mag wheel design on the back too. Very cool
