Nothing that Porsche would have had to manufacture - they were components associated w/the Heritage exterior (Ceramica wheels, etc.) without the Heritage's cognac interior.

The S/T is the 73, the R and the 4.0RS, all in one. Despite it having much more tech and weighing about the same as the 997 and 991, which should by itself say everything.

I have a 73 911 hotrod and 992 GT3. While I appreciate S/T as the pinnacle of modern Porsche road cars (and I'd love to have one), there really is an enormous difference in size, weight (about 1,200 pounds difference between my cars), and character. I do recognize the enduring through-line of 911 family traits and I would never fault someone who chose an S/T as his only 911. However, it's no substitute for an early car if one wanted more than one 911.

^ I agree, it was said with some tongue in cheek. Was just highlighting the linage along with the fact that despite the size, its weight has not gone up in the same proportion.

Got a message from a dealer today with an ST allocation I can sell for 250k over MSRP. Steep, but just offering as a data point.

all of these brokers are slime. I will be rude. This is why ADMs exist, everyone trying to get a cut. Despicable. I hope Porsche tracks these VINs and punishes the dealers for using these slime ***** services instead of taking care of good customers.

Update for those in pts limbo, it sounds like if you have a build through June and haven’t been approved for pts, then you aren’t getting it. July and august pts have not been allocated, perhaps in the next month. My understanding is PTS demand is white hot across all models, but that it is limited to a certain % of production to maintain exclusivity and they are prioritizing models like the ST. So be happy about the long wait, I think they are trying to accommodate. And if you end up with a poverty spec st, I think that’s gonna be okay too.

Amen brother, PCNA should start pulling allocations that use dealers to sell their allocations.
