A place to discuss all things ADM

As others have pointed out here, your MATH doesnt add up.
In fact, it's terribly POOR.
And given all of the "hits" you took on your trade-ins just to secure your GT3 Touring, the ADM that you paid is most likely higher than what I paid for my $210,000 Touring.
And I didnt have to fly anywhere, or transport my trade-ins anywhere, spend hours on the road, in the air, or paying for hotels and other related expenses or suck up to a stealership with BBQ.

I'm a good local customer and treat well by my dealer, simple as that. You calling my dealer a stealership makes you sound very ignorant. The more you say that the more you sound like a hater, go give it up already.

Try looking in the mirror Marty.
You're terribly tone-deaf.

Why so much bitter hostility on this thread?
USC is doing what works for him. Who cares if he calls dealerships stealerships? It’s not like he’s attacking someone’s mama
Diablo paid $40k ADM because it’s his money, wanted the car, and had no other way. Good for him.
you guys both drive amazing tourings you got to spec yourselves.
whether it’s lower than market trades, direct ADMs, long term dealer relations, buying BBQ, etc… we all do what we can to get these cars.

I will report that where ADMs are demanded, I have seen some decline in price point. There is some significant regional variation like a Midwest dealer who was charging $30k on GT3s routinely vs here in TX at $75k- $100k
GT3 = closing in on $50k
GT3RS= low end of $100k
GT4= $15k
GT4RS=$60k
GTS=$0 to $15k

So, coupling Porsche continuing to make GT3s, along with a steady resale supply that I think will grow as we get later into the year (unless sellers get religion), and then add in worsening economic conditions, I'd bet pricing, both for ADMs and on the resale side, continues to weaken. But, in any event, it doesn't matter because I'm not going to be able to ever buy a 992 generation or any generation GT3... :-(

Would be interesting to have a poll of who is the most annoying. Anyone?

This thread should be focused on reporting ADMs we see from dealers so all of us are as informed as possible.
If it's of any use to others here - I recently paid 50k ADM for my GT3 (last MY23 prod before MY24 price). This is the best I could get with a light relationship (4th Porsche in 2 years - no Porsche prior to that - most of the cars I bought are from the same dealer).
Do I feel like I got a good deal? I called every dealer in my area and a few others across the country. The next best I was offered was 60k. I could also have walked away and ruminate on rennlist.
I want to make sure it wasn't overrev and want to configure every detail to my taste.

Oh and btw- dealer can't Certify a GT3 without reviewing the overrev report and if in range 4 and above (I think that was the range), it is uncertifiable.

Shipping is $1,400 to and from the Houston. The non-GT cars are shipped to me at no cost, I used to get 6% off MSRP on those crs with no shipping cost but since 2021 the Macans and Taycans that I bought were MSRP with free shipping. I only fly down to Houston when a GT car arrives, I don't fly down for the non-GT cars. I fly in in the evening and fly out the next day in the evening. I'm a big relationship guy in my industry and I enjoy face-to-face interactions. My dealer treats me like a good local customers so the least I can do is fly down and thank them in person for my GT cars.
And those techs can be messy, I don't think I have to remind you. Those guys/gals don't often wash their hands. They could be getting their BBQ diabetic paws all over the Exclusive Manufaktur interiors you guys have in your Tourings. And if they get that BBQ on your Race-tex / Alcantara, I can tell you WHO ISN'T gonna be a happy camper. (Especially if you paid some hysterical ADM)

You should go check out the Hermes message boards sometime. If you think there's dick wagging with GT cars, you ain't seen nothing yet until you start throwing around Birkin invites.
