That's a bargain for a Sport Classic. My dealer is charging $315k over for a SC and $100k over for a GT3.

Should be a good barometer for the current market. $231k sticker is big. My guess is $270-280k

My guess is $300K+. You can't even spec a touring for less than $65K right now, or at least that's what the brokers are saying.

Agreed, that's a good spec. Similar to mind which had a few of the minor things that he had left off. Should go for around $300k +/-.

Given what the BRG one sold for recently, this one will go for around $300k +/-.

I don't think this car will be representative. It is much better than almost all of the cars I have seen. Will be over 300, but will not be a good data point for most sellers in my opinion.

I could see that going to $350k. Best spec’d GT3T I’ve seen.

That's because you haven't seen the spec on my Touring.

Yep, the market sets the stock price, and it needs to keep rising. Therefore, Porsche will continue to either build more cars, or raise prices on each one.

Man, you sure can tell that was purchased for a flip. The damn floor mats are still in their plastic wrappers!

I've never seen a GT3 come into my local dealer here in NorCal specc'd by them.
You continue to parrot a "one size' fits all false narrative.
