This car's been listed online for awhile. If they want to sell it, they'll have to either drop it to sticker or spend the $20K +\- to redo the seats and interior door cards and dash in black and see how it goes from there. It hasn't sold for the obvious plus a premium on the price. What a waste of an allocation. On a touring nonetheless!!

If this is the type of spec that is available for around $25K over in a year, I personally would pull the trigger. The interior doesn't bother me, missing the FAL is another story. If the difference between an ideal spec and something like this is $50K, I would be looking to make some compromises.

Out of curiosity, have you driven a 992 GT3? Other Porsches? Are you convinced that the 992 GT3 is the car you really want, even if there are compromises?

To each their own, but once I'm spending over 200k on a car, I'd rather pay another 20-30k more to get something I like (maybe not perfect, but still a good spec) rather than compromising with a Smurf blue interior.

Why anyone would spec a touring without FAL, of all things, is beyond me. This is supposed to be the road GT3

Yup, that was the one with the horrid blue interior.
It hurts my eyes just to look at it.

What'd they expect? $100k with hideous seats? I'd have to be color blind to buy that car.

Even CGT price is dropping right now and I wonder when this will stop. Probably not until Fed lowers the rate.

I have, and have regularly driven other 911s that were family cars. I do not like the flashiness of some of the other comps in this category. I think it just comes down to not wanting to spend $70K-$100K over. I have set a budget of $30K over, if I can not get a car for this I will probably just not get one. I honestly don't like the way other cars look, I like the way the 992 GT3 looks. I know people who have owned different generations of GT3s will say they don't like the way the new one looks, I think the 992 generation in general attracts a lot of people from outside of the brand.

Someone mentioned canary in the coal mine in another thread....but this CGT was probably the canary in the coal mine if you somehow thought prices weren't dropping and fast.

Given the gluttonous supply of 992 gt3 and special edition after special edition after special edition after special edition after special edition after special edition after special edition after special edition Porsche....I think you can save that 30k soon enough

If it makes the ADM monsters happy, my 718 gt4 I just bought will probably lose 30k-40k easy in 2023. 992 gt3, probably lose 60-80k as it's almost double the price. If I owned either car as an enthusiast....I truly dgaf. I'm driving them like they're stolen until my friendly Porsche dealer gives me another one

Porsche is milking special edition. Slap some heritage paint job and add some parts from parts bin and charge 100k+. Its like Omega of the car brands now.

Strange as I thought CGT is the last one to drop

What do you mean by the last "one"? last Porsche? last super car? last what? they are all dropping because they were at meteoric highs. My home value is down too....not selling that either you only recognize/realize gains and losses if you sell right now.

Unless that parts bin runs low of parts like bucket seats, bose speakers/amps, PCCBs, etc.
