That's pretty funny!

It's coming from a guy that hasnt bought a GT car since 2016 and who clearly comes across as some sort of an ADM "Nanny".
He tells everyone to be "patient" and that it's "just a car". But he's posted 108 TIMES about the "value" of this car!
Why should anyone give a crap about what OTHER PEOPLE WANT TO DO WITH THEIR MONEY?

Either he's a "wanna-bee" that just likes to hear himself talk, or he uses this forum as some kind of "therapy"
and twisted validation - - - rationalizing why he wont be buying a GT car anytime soon, if ever.

Maybe we should get back to what ADM’s are at?

and yes I paid 7,500 over for my GT4, I needed a new car and couldn’t wait. I paid 25k over for my Gt3rs (but got offered one at sticker from Porsche Monmouth a week before I took delivery, an MSRP only dealer but really wanted my custom ordered Miami blue one) and then sold it for 24k over almost 3 years later, so lucked out. Honestly felt bad someone paid so much for a used Gt3rs tbh I would have sold it to a friend for sticker in a heartbeat

Im young and single in LA…getting laid inst an issue but thanks brah

Let’s just try and get back to where ADM’s are at instead of yelling at each other lol

rough life as a "responsible dad". Young and single in LA must be going well! I look forward to texting my mom fake texts and having her say "992 GT3 at 30k under" and blanking out the name like a real troll. Amazing!!!

troll harder and get plowed harder. You've owned two Porsches and paid ADM for both. FAX.

People on these internet forums love to yap about demand and go to extreme lengths to "rationalize" why prices will come down, yet they rarely discuss supply.
They ignore how badly broken supply chains are and how the "quality" of a supply chain will demand higher prices going forward.
Porsche putting a stop-order on PCCB's is a prime example of what I'm talking about and yet we're almost in 2023.

It's literally comical to see the same posters in this forum sound like a broken clock every day here.
I can tell that they've never had any "skin" in the game when it comes to the financial markets given the comments that they make.
They see themselves as "value" investors like Warren Buffett yet (like Warren) wouldnt be caught dead investing in a "growth" stock in the first place.
That's why they and their opinions lack credibility.
You are incorrect regarding Buffett by the way. He owns Amazon, bought Snowflake at IPO and bought Apple years ago when Apple was still a growth stock. In fact, at some point Apple comprised 40% plus of the portfolio.
Now with that out of the way, why are you so pissed off all the time? Just go drive.

This is the first time in history you've had this type of hike in rates along with QT at the same time so if you think there will be happy times again once the Fed stops raising rates you are kidding yourself. The biggest problem is wage inflation and the solution is to increase unemployment. Like I said, don't fight the Fed.
It’s so weird you say “don’t fight the Fed” at the same time you say “ignore all their public statements, they’re going to re-enact the 80s, the sky is falling”.

The Fed has said their target is 2% not 0%. They said they’ll end QT at 1/4 of the new liquidity not all of it.

might they go beyond their targets ? Maybe. But there’s not a lot of evidence for that. Might it take a long time to hit those targets ? Sure. Definitely possible. Because the economy is so strong and employment so high. Oh noes! Tragic! I hate it when my problem is the economy is too strong!

it’s not 2008.

ps if you think the Fed will intentionally engineer “until inflation goes below 0%” also know as deflation, you are off your ****ing rocker. Could happen by accident. Sure. The Fed’s toolbox ain’t exactly surgical instruments. But continue QT on purpose to cause deflation ?

lolz, nope. Have fun with those trades.

I'm actually a pretty happy person.
I just find all of the ADM "nanny's" here talking out of their **** and trying to validate themselves and why they'll never own a 992 GT car.

As I said earlier, who cares about how others spend their money?
Why is this so important to them?

Actually, you couldnt be more wrong about me.
I'm even happier given that my 2023 GT3 Touring just came into the Port of Benicia early Friday morning.
I will be driving it on some of the greatest roads known to mankind soon!

Here's a pic that I took around 10:15 AM when I drove over to the port and they just started to move the cars out.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

i am thinking 20k over msrp for lightly used car (under 1000 miles)

It’s gonna depend on the car and the build. I think range will be below MSRP to above MSRP.

Bold claim here. Could be anywhere from $1 to $1,000,000,000 with those parameters.
