That is actually a pretty good deal. $10K over to the seller, that sounds like a lot less than what I was being asked to pay this summer. I see far less Targa4 GTS listed than GT3s, so was expecting $25K+ for this.

7500 to custom order my gt4 in the middle of the craziest car market of my life seemed very reasonable to me and relatively pocket change and I couldn’t wait as my track car had to be retired as it was 8 years old and out of warranty. Paying 7500 is a little different than paying 75-100k lol the gt4 is a smoking value already imo
go to some track days in LA and you’ll see my car.

I'm glad to see the Christmas cheer spreading. Just want to point out that we labored under 2.5% inflation for most of 2008-2019 and that still didn't stop cars from depreciating. Lower inflation due to a collapse in demand isn't exactly a reason for car prices to start firming up again. That said, I don't think we're going to see MSRP on these cars in 2023 unless it's a 20k+ mile example with basic spec or something

I have no dog in this fight - I just love the free market so perhaps you can say I don’t give a s about ADMs just like I don’t give a s when cars sell for 10% under sticker. That being said - you admit you paid 7500 which seemed reasonable and was pocket change to you. To others that is 30% or more of their annual income and to some others that is 0.3% or less of their income. So 75000 (in the good old free market) is pocket change to some and just like you wanted that GT4 immediately, if they want that GT3 now - by all means - I couldn’t care less (as long as that is roughly where the fair market is at the time and that person isn’t getting screwed by some shady dealer).
Its actually lower than what you sold it for as trade in value is always lower than actual sales price. I wonder what dealer margin is on cars in 400k zone like pista. 40k?

Free market allows dealers to take advantage of suckers. If you regulate to prevent that, it’s not free.
For the record I have no issue with anyone paying an ADM, never have. It’s their money not mine. I have only tried to help people in here by showing them places they can go for better prices than the pumpers (mainly Rusman and Diablo) claim
I have said prices are dropping (they are) and I can get ADM’s at half what some of these people claim is market right now and they throw a fit.

The guy trying to help people with ADM’s and telling some emotional buyers in here their Gt3 they think is going to stay at 50-100k over, will be sticker quicker than they know it (depreciation is normal) is called responsible and rational, not the delusional enemy these losers want to portray. If you got money you need to blow by all means go blow 75k over on a Gt3 they have 188 for sale on autotrader to choose from…but if money means something to you maybe listen to my 2 cents and take a second look at your decision and have a little patience and you’ll be rewarded

Good for you man. Enjoy the car. Just remember your hypocrisy ****ting on any and all forms of ADM when the two Porsche GT cars you have/currently own were obtained by paying ADM.
As it's been said by others, the ADM you pay is just a function of how much disposable income you have and what you're comfortable paying.
And just to keep things on topic, ADMs for 992 GT3s aren't going away. Your incessant screaming that they'll be MSRP or 30k under ASAP isn't going to change that.
Hope the GT4 is serving you well. I have one also and love it. I'd love to add a 992 GT3 to the fleet, but that'll likely have to wait given the market.
