But here is some analysis of the Gt3 market through October 22 including all generations, but a good section on 992s.

Conclusions - market isn't homogenous anymore and some models don't have a lot of data thus there are general conclusions rather than validated correlations, but:

https://youtu.be/3fSMgNu-uqY?t=104

Touring models command approx $40K more than winged cars, and the premium is approx. $90K over a 991.2

Older cars 996-997 are stable

992s are coming down to a median of 295 from a median of 325 or 9% since January 2022 both manuals and PDK

https://youtu.be/3fSMgNu-uqY?t=515

Tourings dropped ~6% or $20K due to more supply and higher mileage

Its an active market, things will change. Your local area and view of the elephant may be different - but for those rational humans here hope this helps!
That guy is not telling anyone here anything new.

I have pointed a few people in the direction of allocations at a lot better than El Diablo and Rusman suggest. Never followed up so I have no idea who bought what

We have gone from the lowest asking prices of around 300k online to sub 250k in a very short order. Yet you are telling me the sky is not falling on 992 GT3 prices? How so?

You guys saying I cannot get a custom build allocation right now? Because I can...So what is this talk about production is over and "all the spots" are filled up? If I can still get a custom allocation....Production isn't over trolls.

Lastly, to give perspective there are 16 2022/2023 GT4 for sale, and 181 2022/2023 GT3 for sale on Autotrader right now. Back when the 991.2 gt3rs came out, I never saw more than 40 for sale...181 is relatively a gluttonous supply

This is just small dealers trying to flip in the 11th hour while they still "can".....MSRP is coming faster than you'll want to admit to yourselves

Most of what I see here is conjecture and personal opinion, so I politely disagree

^^ Perfect example of conjecture and opinion @ipse dixit - whether well intentioned or not, whether honest or not. Anyone can say "I know of 2 allocations at MSRP now" don't see anyone providing facts or evidence of sales different from the dude on Youtube who compiles and tracks data. Just babble.

Because the data show it is not falling. Prices have dropped 10% over the last year due to more supply and perhaps lighter demand for economic and seasonal reasons. 992s still sell for a median of $90K more.

Scatter plots with data are available on several sites including BAT. There is a natural downward trend for several reasons, but still median price of $295K from Jan - October 2022

Personally, I don't care what the values are now I am comfortable with my car - just helping those on here who might actually appreciate a fact-based approach, if there are any left who value that

I have no idea whether prices are falling or not, nor do I pretend to know.

Someone asked if there are allocations available and I said yes.

How is that babble? Or feeding into the meme that prices are either falling or rising?

it’s not, that was referring to the other persons commentary which was quoted.

You implied the video was not new data for some - I disagreed that everyone knew the market as presented by one analysts who does it for a living

In any case,Happy Holidays all. We are super lucky to have access to expensive sports cars like 911s of whatever generation.

How much ADM you paying on your 3rs and 4rs? Let's get some real data here bud. Help the forum instead of trying to be a mall cop

they’ve fallen 8% on average. That’s not fast enough for them to ever be msrp before the 992.2
