On Thanksgiving eve, I'll offer you my objective opinion and advice you won't take. Objectively, it appears, no one cares to listen to your advice. So, why conitnue giving it? Lastly, since you seem to be filling yourself with the mistaken belief that you offer sage advice, why not save it for your friends and family, who probably value it more than the RLs do. Really not trying to be rude or spewing vitriol, but just reading in wonderment how someone can be this void of judgment to consider the need to post as you do.

Nasdaq is still up 250% from 2018. A lot of people are a lot richer than just 4 years ago and supercar companies are not increasing supply
A lot of people have posted this, everyone is rich, the Nasdaq is up 250% from 2018, etc etc. Where are you guys calculating this from? Even if you take the lowest point from 2018 it is not 250% or even close to that. It is up 60% from November 2018. I would love the insight from the rich folks here.

I sense intense (overpaid) buyers remorse here.

And the trend is down, not up. Looking at a 20- or 30-year chart, it looks like there’s plenty of room for it to fall in the next few years. And hardly anyone is 100% invested in the Nasdaq.

You don’t speak for everyone who’s posting, much less the many people who are likely lurking. Welikethetrack can and should continue to post as he wishes, he hasn’t broken any forum rules by posting his price predictions and analysis in a thread which is precisely about that topic. Time will tell whose predictions are right. The effort some of you guys make to suppress predictions that prices are headed down is remarkable. Happy Thanksgiving.

From nearly 6 months ago - how is this prediction aging?

Again, I'm not here to try and prop up prices. I myself want a 992 GT3 so I hope prices come down. But I think being grounded in some element of reality is important.

It has to go continue to go down. To what point not sure. My local dealer has had a 992 GT3 for sale for over 6 months now.

If you don’t care about losing $100k value on your GT4, why do you hesitate to pay $100k ADM for a GT3?

and here it is… the real motive you spend half your day blabbering your narrative.

Literally all your posts on RL are about prices coming down, give it up, be an adult, not a dolt

With thanksgiving upon us I just want to say I’m thankful that I’m able to go for a wonderful drive in an amazing car today. Im thankful I never spent everyday online praying for the downfall of a product so I could jump on board. Instead I’m thankful I just worked hard and made my dreams a reality. I’m thankful I paid adm.

I hope one day you can find peace. Hopefully that day will come when you can get your 992 at sticker as the world burns. Until then I sense more butthurt coming in 2023. 😎

Happy Thankgiving 🦃

I was making a point because so many posters come in here saying "THESE CARS ARENT INVESTMENTS". I get that, I didn't buy my sports car to be an investment.

I'm not just trying to throw 100k away, as most of us aren't.

Though some cars hold value better than others, and a few do gain enough value to be investments. Not irrational to consider this factor in purchasing decisions.

But I generally buy cars to drive them, hence 42k miles on my GT3. Just got C4S cab a few weeks ago and already put hundreds of miles on it.

Happy Thanksgiving All! While many need this pulpit to spew rhetoric, here's what we know on 11/24:

1. Prices on these cars are ABSOLUTELY going down; not if but when;
2. Those worried about the "when" should handle their own situation as they wish, regardless of what they paid;
3. Thankfully, we are on a Porsche forum, where the typical Porsche driver desries to put more miles on their cars instead of using them for artwork (like the Ferrari family);
4. Regardless of whether you own a GT or desire one, we all have an abundance to be thankful for on this day, especially when considering how fragile and short lfe on this planet truly is.

Enjoy all
