I figured a reasonable price with delivery , CPO is 265k. Is this on track with market or am I off?

Is 265k your offer? Or something they accepted?
Best place to target is guys with recently reduced price (as on AT) or low price to begin with.

A 992 GtS or similar is like 3k-3300 ish...GT cars and RS cars can be double that for CPO, its not the same across the board.
