From the ad. "This is not a fire sale. I know exactly what the wholesale price is and that does not include the warranty, maintenance or extras I've done to car. I will not respond to low ball offers. I'm happy to discuss and show to serious buyers."
Not easy for anyone to understand today's market. I would suggest to keep the door open and not close any discussions.

Bid to 52k, dialogue says it's for sale for 64k.

I think this is a bit too strong a number, especially now. I had seen a 2012 991S FS at a McLaren dealership with 29K on it listed for $64K - Nicely optioned too.
I'd rather have the S over this for the same price.

It's now up on eBay for $64K.

There's plenty of S with Sports Chrono and good options with a bit more mileage in the 30k range which is still good IMO.

Probably already discussed somewhere in this huge thread, but this 450 Hp 991.2 C2S with X51 that carries factory warranty thru the end of the CPO is a great HFS buy. Cheaper than a number of 991.1s out there, with lesser performance.
Here is my comment in Marketplace last week on this one at
https://rennlist.com/forums/market/1170830
"Great deal, from what I see. The X51 PowerKit was not available till a bit later, but was a $7k option when factory ordered. Dealer installed X51 was even more than that. So the sticker price would have been over $141k if bought new with the X51 PowerKit.
I had the X51 installed on my C2S and have to say that it provides a nice boost in power, and an even bigger boost in torque, and comes with full factory warranty. It is a lot stronger than the C2S.
With an in-service date of 3/19/2016, CPO warranty should be good thru 3/19/2022 with unlimited miles. And the warranty includes the Porsche dealer-installed X51 PowerKit. Great deal!
Corrected: $69.9k is a great price, less than 50% of what the sticker price would have been with factory X51."

It was a really nice clean car. Surprised someone here did not grab it. Tough environment to go looking at cars and I knew that going in. I was getting way too many people making stupid low offers. Just decided to wholesale it, the process is so easy.

Well done and best of luck with your next 911. Isn’t it a shame that so many couldn’t see a great deal. Hope your next one is from a private party, so no tax.
