HOT FOR SALE: Pick of the Week 991

Hi guys....long time reader of the site, but this is my first post. I decided I'm not getting any younger, so I am looking into the 991.2 cars and investigating the 2017 models that are coming off lease. Not sure if this one is HFS, but from what I have seen, it is comparable to many offerings out there for 2017 C2S models. I am wanting to stay under 30,000 miles. Doing some quick Excel spreadsheet math for several cars, the average mileage of the cars I found is a little over 17,000 miles, and the average advertised price is about $88,000.
The car I'm interested in has everything I want. I really like this car; I it is not missing anything I desire. My question is....What out-the-door prices are we seeing for these? Any one have real world data or personal experiences with these 2017 models?
Also, has anyone noticed the nationalpreownedporsche site is now finder.porsche.com, and the build sheets are no longer there? Bummer.
I'll include a link, but since we all like to see the data, here it is:

Between the silver one shown by @dmg36045 and the carmine red by @obTurbo, I'll go with the one from obTurbo. Main difference is the rear axle steering in the Silver one. But as a personal preference, I love the RS Spyder wheels and Carmine red. Also, cheaper and lower mileage

Yes. 1.95% for CPO. My local credit union is at 2.99%. Still good, but hard to pass up the 1.95%.
The Carmine red is nice. The last few sports cars I had were red, though; time for a change. I can take or leave the RWS. It isn't on my list as a must have at all. Checkered Flag has a silver 2017 with 17,605 miles that has *nearly* everything I want for a price of $82,615.They keep dropping the price by ~$1000 every few weeks. It is missing the PSE. I can't decide if the lack of PSE is a deal breaker.

So, back to my original question....What out-the-door prices are we seeing for these? Any one have real world data or personal experiences with these 2017 models?

Hmmm. Didn't think of it that way. Given the price difference between the two cars, adding PSE, or another aftermarket exhaust, looks attractive.
I really do like those white gauges and silver wheels on the New York car, but the Spyder wheels wheels are starting to grow on me. Those are platinum in color, right?

For those that remember the heavily optioned White over Espresso/Cognac 991.2 base cab w/ a manual that was for sale on Bring A Trailer last November it is back for sale:
https://www.truecar.com/used-cars-fo...ampaign_821208
It was discussed in the thread before and was pretty polarizing with the spec, the wood, the white over blue, etc. I think it is awesome. It was the car that ultimately got me into searching for 991.2s and led me to the car I bought in February.
