I just saw this one FS. Unfortunately it's a PDK (for me anyway), but a very reasonable price with only 14K miles on it. MSRP was $107,550
They're asking $68,900 on Autotrader.com https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-...ckType=listing

Keep in mind they specialize in Lemon Law Buybacks. May or may not be the case with that car since they don’t provide Carfax info.

Was going to say the same thing. Almost all of their inventory are manufacturer buybacks, with others that just have accident history. They buy duds from auction.
Very nicely optioned. Would have been over $141k if the dealer-installed X51 had been factory installed, which was an option after this one was built. Dealer installed X51 carries the same full factory warranty.
Its the fastest 991 Carerra ever built by Porsche, by my recollection.
At $69.9k asking is less than half factory built MSRP. Only drawback is the 50k odometer, but comes with CPO til 3/2022.
Due diligence and PPI would be only prudent b4 buying.
id want to buy it if i didnt already have one.
It is a New York City car with high mileage and no warranty. Would need to be much cheaper for me to consider it.
CPO Until 2022 not good enough for you?
I bought my first Porsche last year. I love the definition of "high mileage" in the Porsche universe. If 50k miles is "high mileage" for a modern 911, then they must be 1/3 to 1/4 as reliable as, say, a Toyota Camry.
I suspect a lot of the mileage sensitivity is really more about perception and ego than any actual concern about drivability and reliability. That is, people want low-mileage examples because it signals some important cues to others in the Porsche community.
Much like age, mileage is just a number. I enjoy reading the stories in the various high mileage threads of people who've dumped tens of thousands of miles on their cars, and therefore have received a lot of utility and enjoyment out of the vehicles. I'm more concerned with a car's maintenance history and how it drives than what's on the odometer.

From what I understand the CPO does not transfer over to a new owner with a private sale. If I have that wrong let me know.
As for the mileage in this case it isn't just the number it is the area the miles are driven. This car appears to be a daily driver in Illinois, in the winter the DOT dumps tons of rock salt on the roads to combat the snow and ice. That combination reeks havoc on a car. 50K Illinois area miles equals 75k+ in the sunbelt suburbs.

Indeed, you do have it wrong. If a personal sale that CPO warranty will transfer to the new owner.
So with a private sale it transfers but if it is sold through a non-Porsche dealer it does not?
Here is exact language from Porsche:
This warranty is not valid if sold by any non-authorized commercial dealer or broker. If this vehicle is traded to a non-authorized Porsche dealer or broker for resale purposes, the Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty is void.
