Isn't it great when you get that level of service?/ The breakfast Burritos aren't too bad either Lol

The previous owner who purchased new and serviced at Naples for 7 years was gouged on services for non-warranty work and probably the reason for him turning it in. His $1,700 cup holder probably pays for your omelette.

I had a sausage break burrito the other day, was very good. Didn’t see the omelette bar.

I fly back from Seattle on the 29th, what’s happening on the 2nd?

Hard choice there mate! I will swing by, if you need a black 991 with a Washington State plate that will be me.

I've been super busy at work for the last few months and not spent any time on Rennlist. Having a few days off and stumbled across this thread. Read all 43 pages over the last two days. Sounds like there are still no real answers. But I will definitely stay subscribed to this thread.

Took the car out today for a drive over the hill to Santa Cruz and back. Took only backroads. Oh what a blast this machine is!! Definitely would not be OK with any type of neutering action. But I also have come to expect good gas mileage from my cars. The improvements car manufacturers have made over the last 1-2 decades in terms of efficiency are amazing! All the while performance has increased. I remember being impressed with my 174hp Audi A4 with the 2.8l V6 and how powerful it was. Now I drive a 400hp flat six that gets better gas mileage!! Having both: good gas mileage and great performance do not have to be mutually exclusive. As a matter of fact they are what is expected these days. And most car manufacturers accomplish it without cheating!

Let's see what happens here...

So hypothetically what happens if we buy a sport chrono car from a dealer right now? Asking for a friend

You take it home and drive it like you stole it. If the pipeline of info. is correct, it only effects certain cars/vin cars so the dealer either knows it's not impacted, or they blew through the stop sale order and you have them by the you know what as i see it.

I’m not stressed out about it, my plan is to not do any planned updates or service until we hear something from the corporation.

Default Stop Sale - something doesn't make sense.

I just stumbled on this thread and saw the Stop Sale pdf that a forum member posted. I've got a MY2013 C2S, so I did a little research and what I found doesn't seem to make sense.

To see whether this stop sale order is real, I searched PorscheUSA.com for pre-owned 2012-2016 Carrera S cars. I believe all 2012-2016 Carrera S models had Sport Chrono by default, so I was expecting to find exactly zero of these cars for sale. But I found 16 nationwide, and a spot-check of those confirmed the cars had the Sport Chrono Package. If there is in fact a stop sale on all dealer-owned 2012-2016 SC-equipped pre-owned 991s, the 16 Carrera S hits don't make sense. They shouldn't be there. So what's going on?
