What are your thoughts?

Best daily, ever?

very 911R inspired decklid

nothing over the top, red chrono dial, chalk air vent slats and climate control panel

Satin Platinum wheels, black LEDs

Painted Side Skirts, Touring Package in Black (tinted taillights, black window trim, black Porsche logo)

I would spend soooo much time in here
Nice car. I've specced almost the same so happy others think the same way!

I like the Chalk color. Have you thought about doing lettering on the side or something else to break it up (black door handles, etc.).

I think the touring package looks awesome. I'm doing Guards Red with the silver exterior. I'm thinking the stock GT3 wheels, but wonder if they'll be too dark. I have a super low spec PTS Targa that I love (I purchased with 200 miles - and the previous owner went very light on the options). I'm trying to do that on the GT3 as well - thinking, buckets, red seat belts, leather, bose, and sport chono. I've been debating the stock wheels vs. black or painted silver.

Interested to see thoughts on the black touring exterior vs. standard? If you do the standard, what wheels are you doing?

I have until Oct 10 to lock my build for Jan 2017 delivery.

I'm wondering the same on wheels. If the standard wheels are too dark and go satin aluminum.

IMHO the sofas need leather backs.

^^^^THIS

I'm not a fan of the sofas with silver backs. Maybe on a GT Silver car.

As someone who has a chalk GTS, Red accents against it are not very flattering...the Silver stitch and black accents really are the way to go with this color specifically IMHO.

Hey Brad (Bardman)
I just checked the Aussie touring configurator and it looks like there's no rear seat options here as well, what a damn shame. You mentioned rear seats are a must for you. What are you going to do ?

Humm. Red belts are a bit much for me alone in the interior (saw a Carrera with that spec and it looked odd as the only red). Would be good with deviated red stitching on full leather though.

Easy to add after the fact, if you change your mind. Black belts are way easier to keep clean...

I am going for boring inside. Even aluminium trim in black or anthracite is too much for me. I am going with the no cost leather trim. I suppose I will have the red fire extinguisher ....

What color combo will you be speccing Chris ?

My belts are guards red in a black interior, the previous owner spec'd them, and I like them, I think I'd get red dials to go with them if I was spec'ing my own car.

So, now we have a GT3 Touring (GT3 with Touring packet).

What is the designation of the GT3 without this packet, GT3 Sport?

This would give the choice between:
- GT3 Sport (Manual only)
- GT3 Sport PDK
- GT3 Touring (Regular or black)
- GT3 Club-Sport (RoW only)
- GT3 Club-Sport PDK (RoW only)

The GT department has now its own range of cars.
