991.2 GT3 will come with "Touring Package" option
#1606
Regarding deviated/contrast stitching option when combined with the Touring pack. UK on-line configurator allows them to be selected at the same time, but apparently that's a mistake. They're mutually exclusive.
If you spec Touring pack, you get black stitching, the end.
Bizarre, but that's what I'm getting from Porsche UK at the moment.

Here is a youtuber at Frankfurt with some decent shots of the interior of the touring including a close up of the seat material:

^ Sorry if this has already been beaten to death in the 1600 posts in this thread that I haven't gone back to read, but I find it very strange and a bit disappointing that Porsche isn't allowing Alcantara to be ordered on the GT3 Touring, despite the fact that they're allowing bucket seats (which is awesome). After all, the less hardcore GTS models get Alcantara as standard and don't even have an OPTION for buckets, at least in the US.
I know Alcantara is a polarizing option, perhaps no more so than on the steering wheel, but although I ordered a leather steering wheel, I really enjoy having Alcantara seat centers because they're cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter, and grippier than leather. Plus they look the part more than leather or cloth.

Just get the non-Touring then.
How many options does one need... I think it's great that they are offering the Touring with no Alcantara period.
