Speaking of Singer i think the seat inserts on the touring resemble somewhat the Singer interior. Not anywhere as cool as Singer interior but reminds me of it for some reason

You need to get out of the city ans smell the open road. Throttle steer works real well in second gear and keeps you within reasonable distance of 65. Try 49 James town to Mariposa. Not that far out of the bay.

PS Totally agree but GT3 makes a great road car and the hp is not too much.

It would probably be rare since I doubt many will order Touring Package in Lava Orange. But I just don't like Lava Orange on anything but an RS. I've seen it in real life on several less extroverted 911's such as GTS and it just tends to clash a bit with the red tailights. It really needs all the black accents that the RS has (and that the 991.2 GT3 with wing has) to balance it out.

Therefore I would recommend against this color combo with Touring.

Yeah it's an interesting color. It does look red sometimes. There just isn't a good grey to go with it except maybe graphite blue.

Cool. I didn't know you could get the stripe package on the GT3 Touring or that they were even out yet! ;-)

As the owner of a Lava Orange car, and seeing other non-black trim Lava Orange cars, I do not think that silver is a good accent color. Definitely go all black (including wheels and whatever trim bits) with Lava Orange.

Do not go by the config tool, it's just a computer generated image. I would say it's like Miami Blue in that way--see it in person. And do not underestimate the difference in the color when complimented with black trim vs silver trim.

I can't stand silver wheels. Always go black wheels. I used to wear boot cut jeans. Now it's skinny and tight all day everyday.

Default This is how I would build my GT3

I am a Certified Porsche Brand Ambassador and I have a 2018 718 Boxster on order.. details in a separate post. But if I could afford to switch it to a GT3, this would be my configuration.

Chalk, Touring (manual,) 18-way seats, standard brakes, BOSE, and a few little aesthetic delights to punctuate and differentiate my car as a one-of-a-kind.

What are your thoughts?

Best daily, ever?

very 911R inspired decklid

nothing over the top, red chrono dial, chalk air vent slats and climate control panel

Satin Platinum wheels, black LEDs

Painted Side Skirts, Touring Package in Black (tinted taillights, black window trim, black Porsche logo)

I would spend soooo much time in here

You just need to lose the painted side skirts. They make the car look bigger and heavier.

I forgot to include my Guards Red Headlight Cleaning System Covers

It's the little things that make a big difference :-)
