Yes, I know how to do the shortcut on the 600LT (press up on stalk twice), but I have had times where it didn’t work, or a message pops up at just the wrong time and then you have to clear that message before the shortcut will work. Frankly the FAL is just annoying on the 600LT and takes some getting used to. The biggest thing is you just have to be mentally prepared ahead of time more than in the GT3RS.

But as far as just ground clearance goes, I don’t notice much difference.
My only concern before picking up my 675LT was ground clearance but to my amazement I’ve had basically no issues. My Ferrari 430 and 550 seem more prone to scraping.

MACs' success feeds off from their F1 domination, However their F1 presence has been going downhill ever since they lost Ron Dennis and Hamilton.

What, never purchased a car due to F1 presence .....if that was the case we would all be driving MB’s. Well my wife has a AMG 6.3 vehicle, not me. (:

I bought my son a MB C43. Nothing clicks my boxes like a Pcar. Thought hard about a 600LT but I am passing.

Yup I will always have a Porsche as a staple. Will say I do love my 675LT which has been zero problem for me .......it’s a different ride lots of power at 2850lbs. I do think my Speedster will be my last Pcar for awhile, and I’m ok with that.

You may not have watched F1 recently but McLaren are on the rise again, they will be running MB engines next season.

McLaren's more recent problems in F1 started under Ron and the deal with Honda to supply engines.

Serious question. Does Mclaren bounce people around between F1, road racing (GT3), and the production car side of things? MB's marketing department try desperately to make this connection and as far as I know it never happens, unlike the Porsche's GT department where I believe there is knowledge, personnel, and technology transfer.

What if a company could show a more direct lineage between f1 and their road car? Ferrari does a decent job of marketing this with their aero advancements at least. That moves the desirability needle no?

^^
Think it’s a fair question, but for me not so much ......I buy what intrigues me vs what’s marketed. I’m a past marketing guy, and my primary mission was to move dollars out of your pocket by all means. Guess I would have to understand more of the connection, and it’s possible for sure.

The company that really lost their mojo is BMW. Now even a Hyundai has more appeal than BMW in performance as well as reliability.

I doubt it. F1/GT3 and the road cars are separate teams.
