Bipolar market. Same spec cars with close to same mileage have large deltas. Some are 40k-50k apart. Weird.

It may indicate that the average price is heading down somewhat, but some sellers are more able and willing to hold out for higher selling prices than other sellers.

Miles. Above 20k miles you lose a lot of potential 991.1 GT3RS buyers and then start dealing with people who want it to be appropriately priced for the mileage.

Makes no sense. Is anyone seeing these cars falling apart at 40k, 60k, 80k, 100k miles?

With market price/demand coming down on low mile cars, it simply pushes down prices much further on higher mile cars. Makes sense..

Looking for advice on this one... Considering trading in a 2023 992T that I just took delivery of this summer for this GT3...
I love the 992, but I have had my eye on a GT3 for a long time. Just drove this car, it is very clean. I plan to track it, so the lack of PCCB isnt a big deal, but No FAL, No Sport Chrono... Anything else I should be thinking about? I feel like this car at $195K is really on the high end of .2 GT3 prices and its missing PCCB, Chrono, and FAL as common options and priced as if it has them in my opinion.
I feel like the right price for this example is closer to the $185K mark? What do others think? Comes with 2-year CPO from Porsche.

188 is the number, considering CPO. And you won’t miss pccb or the lift. I’ve owned GT cars with and without. Currently own 2 GT cars, without. Not a factor to me.

Most importantly, it’s a great move into a 991.2 gt3. Dump that turbo 992t. Those suck In comparison

id get an RS for a few grand more, especially if you want to track it(unless the manual is a must have)

No FAL is a deal breaker for most. Makes ZERO sense not to have it.

Missing sport chrono doesn’t really detract anything minus a giant wart on your dash in the 991.2’s from what I can recollect either.

Others can correct me if I’m wrong here, but I think it was largely just the chrono on the dash and some Porsche app linkage you could do.

Thanks... I hear you on this one, but you hit the nail on the head. I am only considering the manual option for this car. Going to be a long term purchase for me and I much prefer the manual experience vs. PDK even though I have owned and love the all out speed of PDK on track, I prefer the engagement on the road of the Manual

Appreciate the feedback... I felt like mid $180s was the right range as well. I agree about FAL too, I have had 5 911's and none with FAL... yet to be a major issue for where I live.
I do have to say, the manual 992T that I got certainly does not suck LOL, but after test driving the GT3 I understand completely now how intoxicating that experience is!
