Similar to above - understanding what their ask is would help with perspective on their pricing. Also, what are your absolute must haves?

If I was looking at this car, I would compare pricing based on its original equipment and MSRP. And, how that compares to the current market.
They're asking 199k. Here's the build sheet - https://www.switchcars.com/media/usr...uild_Sheet.pdf

Im fine with sofas. It has FAL, Bose, manual which are all must haves for me. Looks like it's still under CPO for a while longer in 2024.

This is in Canadian dollars since it was originally a CA car. No issue with it being a CA car btw. Just need to put it into the corresponding dollars conversion for an accurate comparison to pricing in this market.

Thinking of cars with these options this would be a lower spec car, but with an additional charge for PTS, whatever that was back then in Canadian dollars.

I’m totally guessing this is about ~20-30k over MSRP when converting to our currency. Is this color worth that to you? Ultimately it boils down to how much you’re willing to pay for this color. This is a drivers spec with these options and mileage, which is awesome btw, but charging a touring type premium without all the bells and whistles.

Switchcars is not a Porsche Dealer or Private Party thus the CPO is void when it transfers to the new buyer. Just went through this with my GT3

I was thinking it was a pretty good deal…

But I’m not afraid of mileage since I tend to drive mine a lot. Does not matter
much in 8-9 years when I sell it if it has 80k or 90k. Value will probably be almost the same. Also don’t think these cars will have any issues for many, many more miles than I will ever put on them.

I also love the white with sofas.

it’s nuts I know but these cars are so desirable (any 991.2) and have a USP all their own

I feel like every single non-FAL has been sold on BaT lately. Lots of gaslighting going on over there about the importance of this. If you use this car as a "real" car, 90% of people will need FAL. Not to mention there are a large swath of people for whom FAL is a dealbreaker, must have option. Makes no sense to have PCCBs and yet skip FAL, IMO.

And yet, these cars are selling for 50k+ above sticker. It's impressive.

I suspect Chalk will be a draw, though the black wheels and accents may turn some people off. I personally am into the black door handles; it's a very Porsche thing.
