I’d buy a tracked one if less than say 50 track days, well maintained, no power train mods, and price reflects wear of PCCBs.
With more track days than that, I might still buy, but price would need to reflect possible need to replace some components.

Also keep in mind, If you buy that car and keep/register it in California it will have to be smogged. Unless the seller goes with the "I have a friend that will get it through smog for 250 bucks" route, the exhaust and tune will likely have to come off to pass smog to be registered. That could be a slight pain in the butt if they don't have a stock exhaust to slap on it and the ability to re-flash the ECU.
I went by and looked at that car 2 months ago (I desperately want one spec'd right) and was turned off by the sellers/dealers attitude. The dealer made no mention of the car being tuned when walking around and describing the car in till I asked if it was, and then he went in to how it ads value to the car. He must be use to dealing with children or the ignorant. It will be a nice car for someone, not me...

Dealer has been great to work with for me, couldn't be happier with the communication. He did say the tune was not for power, but to bypass the catalytic converters(?). That's what he said, no idea how accurate that statement is.
I'm going to pass on the car. Cross shopping a 675LT and looking for 992 RS allocations. Or if another Miami blue pops up, I'm on it! We'll see which one pops up first!

Sexy car, low milage, great spec. This will make someone a happy camper. If it were me buying it I think the number is 200-210 since it's PTS with low miles.

Inquired a few months ago on that one, original asking price was like $245k through consignment and member on the forum. Price is getting closer to right, but think it's probably still a bit high. Originally was looking for MB before I picked up my .1 in Voodoo. If someone is looking for this color, overpaying slightly may still be worth it for the right buyer. Looks good nonetheless. I offered right around this current asking price back months ago and the seller didnt take it at that time, but since it's dealer now, maybe they will negotiate a bit.

I'd think buckets add $10k value. Arguably more? Hard for me to say since sofas was one of my dealbreakers, so it's obviously more valuable for me to have LWBs.

Very close to the one I have. The MSRP on mine is $2100 more with LWBS.

Went to look at this one today: https://www.parkplaceltd.com/vehicle...AC2A92JS175361
Seems to have all the right options (PCCBs, FAL, LWBs) and is stock aside from PPF, tint, and risers on the buckets. Have always been more inclined towards a Touring as I like subtlety but black on black with the wing looked great and obviously the winged cars are a bit less expensive. Price seems maybe a touch high at 195K?
