Is this a good deal or would y'all have any concerns about buying at a small lot?

Rear tyres are Merc(?) not Porsche (N marked) form what I can see, so may make the handling 'interesting'

30k over for a low spec GT3, I'd say you could find a better deal if you hold out. Just for reference a LO, PCCB,FAL, and manual with 6k miles sold on BaT for 170 not long ago.

Just curious why this car been sitting for so long?
Does anyone know the history of this one? Five owners?

Not a bad price if you can live with the miles, looks like it has been taken care of. That CA sticker might be a bit of deterrent for some though, seems like Canadian cars are harder on the resale. Personally, if there wasn't so much red tape I would drive over to CA and pick one up for the exchange rate.

Thank you, this was the type of input I was looking for. A 2018 manual is what I'm in the market for and I don't think I've came across one that was accident free for $170.

No FAL, steelies, buckets, had a roll cage, must be a track build. Looks good. Totally do a PPI and a DME report.

Seems steep for a non-CPO / steels / no FAL or full leather car with a carfax that's hard to sort through. Looks like it went to auction twice early on- I don't recall these cars being hard to sell in 2018-19-

hey folks, considering picking this Mexico Blue GT3 from Switchcars in Ohio as i continue my touring hunt. It's a Canadian car originally but has been in the states for a year or two. Any thoughts on pricing? Anyone know this car?

As long as you're okay just paying up for the paint its a good car. To me though it doesn't have buckets which would be a requirement on a PTS car to have pccbs + buckets then secondary would be FAL, leather, nice headlights.

What's the price they have listed at? For something like that probably 185K - 190K is how much I would pay personally. Mostly because interior is missing a few options, no PDLS, and it's a Canadian car (they don't really do well some reason)

Love the color, and it's a manual, which is likely something you really want.

Similar to above - understanding what their ask is would help with perspective on their pricing. Also, what are your absolute must haves?

If I was looking at this car, I would compare pricing based on its original equipment and MSRP. And, how that compares to the current market.
