What was wrong with this car?
Why did it not meet reserve?

$230k strong money for 991 RS, particularly one that has never been driven (which is not a good thing in my book).

I do plenty of “touring” in my Touring and I have LWB’s. I wouldn’t consider one without them. Luckily we have choices.

How do you access the space behind the seats? We just got back from an 800 mile trip through the mountains and into wine country with 2 carry-on roller bags and a duffle bag, we bought a case of wine and some gifts. That was in my 458 which can (barely) fit all that but I can't in the GT3 without accessing the space behind the seats. I wish Porsche made folding buckets like Ferrari, best of both worlds.

I remember seeing a lot of sofas when I was on the hunt, I guess the combination with PCCBs is less common.

Sofa guys and LWB guys are content with their choices. The only ones who are unhappy are the ones who settle for seats they didn't want.
I know a guy who really doesn't like LWBs and will go out of his way to avoid them. To each his own. I love the things, but every *** is different.
LWB and PCCB were non-negotiable for me and there were very few on the market with both when I was looking.

I always call my local Porche dealer and ask approx how much they would give me for my car and tell them the info. Then I do this with a few independent dealers.... CNC , EuroCar, ect.... this gives me tangible numbers to work with.
You are right. Numbers are all over the place. Depending on where the dealer(or car) is located in the country can also play a role in price.
